Gross Negligence and Unacceptable Mistakes Avoid This Place! I was referred to this company through my insurance, and the experience was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Upon arrival, I provided a urine sample. Later, when I spoke to the doctor, I was told my test was positive for THC. This was shocking because I do not smoke, I’m not around anyone who smokes, and I do not use any drugs period. What made it worse is that I had already noticed that after placing my urine sample in the holder, there was another woman’s urine in there as well. I requested a retest, and yet again, the result came back “positive” for THC. At that point, I demanded to see the urine vials and to my absolute disbelief, the sample had someone else’s name on it. I was literally seeing evidence of their gross negligence. I even told the staff that my name is not “C*****” but they still asked for my last name as if I hadn’t just told them they had the wrong sample. My mother, who was on the phone with me during the entire ordeal, hearing everything. This level of incompetence is dangerous and unacceptable. Mixing up patient samples is not a “small mistake” it can ruin lives, jobs, and reputations. I canceled my upcoming appointment because there is no way I would trust this company with my health or personal information again. If you value accuracy, professionalism, and basic medical standards, stay far away from this place.
The best staff for my asthma and mental. My Dr. Mrs. Stephanie R listen to me. And the staff can tell over the phone if my mental health starting to creep in. So I thank you all. I truly do just for listings. And providing great care.
This is my second time visiting this "practice" and it will definitely be my last. It is a joke, at best. Both visits were a complete waste of time. The first visit, I went to get assistance with side effects of my meds and to establish care since I just bought a house and moved to the area. Tanissa Bailey barely looked at me and basically said I was fine because I'm young lol. I saw the mental health person that day as well. The silly "mental health specialist" literally did nothing and said she wasn't able to help with my side effects, and told me to change my diet instead. I grabbed my purse and walked out of the appointment to keep from doing something to that lady. I HATE for my time to be wasted. I contacted my old PCP and got the problem rectified within a few days. Against my better judgement, and wanting to give my fellow black women another chance, I scheduled another appointment with them to get medical clearance for an elective procedure. Again, Tanissa Bailey was helpless. She had some concerns that she didn't want to sign my medical clearance due to being a Nurse Practitioner, but I called my surgery group to check and see if she had authority to do so and they said it was no problem. I made her aware and she agreed to see me. Once I arrived, they checked my weight on a scale that is ALWAYS uncalibrated, my BP, and blood oxygen levels. After I was placed in the exam room, Ms. Underwood let me know that Ms. Bailey would not be seeing me after we already discussed the issues on the phone. Had I been aware that she wasn't comfortable doing the clearance, I could have gotten it done weeks ago elsewhere. I don't know why they would wait WEEKS until my appointment to tell me that they wouldn't do it. And had I flipped out on them, I would've been looked at like the bad guy. My time has been wasted, yet again and my surgery is scheduled for a little more than a month out. I don't know why the staff here is so daggone incompetent. They make simple visits a nightmare. Do better. The lack of understanding and professionalism is appalling. This is why I don't do second chances. Let the first impressions stick
Very nice and helpful people. They got me referred to dental and medical to take care of my ulcer issues . They work with you on a sliding scale and if no income still take care of you.
Awesome place to go if you want to be without your medicine or a way to contact your provider for weeks at a time. Irresponsible and unresponsive practice.
