I had a great experience at Summit Primary Care & Urgent Care. The staff was welcoming, professional, and the office was very clean and well organized. The check-in process was smooth and I didn’t have a long wait, which is rare for urgent care. Dr. Ugochi Gucci Ezeala was absolutely awesome. She took the time to really listen and made sure I understood everything before I left. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. If you’re in Roswell or the North Atlanta area and need urgent care or a primary care doctor, I highly recommend Summit.

This is my first time visiting Summit Healthcare, and I absolutely loved my experience. Dr. Ugochi is incredibly caring, nurturing, and personable. She took the time to thoroughly review my case file and made me feel truly valued as a patient. The staff were also exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Overall, my experience was nothing short of seven-star quality.

Summit Healthcare Center is amazing. Their admin staff is wonderful, nurses are super kind and the office is so nice and clean. They got me in right away to be seen for some bloodwork. Dr. Ezeala was so friendly and informative, I’ll definitely be coming back to see her in the future!!!

Came over here from NAPC to follow Ryan. I had seen him for years and didn’t want to start over with someone who might not give the same personalized attention when I have questions or concerns. First visit was today and everyone there has super friendly and much more personable than I was expecting, coming from NAPC. Teela was great during the check in process and a complete pro drawing blood for labs. I have a follow up visit for a physical and their hours work so much better with my schedule. If you’re looking for a new primary care provider, give them a shot, I wasn’t disappointed.

whoa! Wow! had an awesome visit with Dr Ezeala…talking about thoroughly providing an exam and taking the time to create a better health plan to improve the challenges I’m facing, left me with hope, excitement and the eagerness to embrace and envision my improvement…goal settings and patient/doctor relationships seems to be Dr Ezeale’s focus and I love it! The staff was wonderful and the environment is a great reflection to me of their passion…love the color purple decor…great and calming place to be.
