Cryo 512

This place is a hidden gem! I found a Groupon and decided to buy the 3 session package for the cryotherapy. This is a small location but it had a lot to offer. The front desk lady was very nice and took us on a tour of the amenities. They have infrared treatments, spot cryotherapy, and some other services. My son and I went to the cryotherapy chamber. My only complaint is we didn’t get to stay in for the full amount 3 minutes, because of their policy to only 2 minutes for first time customers. Either way I plan to go back! Highly recommend!

First time cryo therapy and compression therapy experience. I’ve had two knee surgeries and an ankle surgery within the last 7 months. The cryo combined with compression therapy afterwards had immediate positive results on my swelling, nerve pain, and overall discomfort. The young lady helping me was extremely thorough in explaining the process and did an amazing job tending to the multiple other clients that came to Cryo 512 for their staggered appointments. I’ll be continuing my therapy here and plan on testing out some of their other services. Combined with my physical therapy I believe this will improve and speed up my overall recovery and functionality.

Love this place! I was really afraid to try it, but it was actually very quick and painless and they're super friendly and accommodating. Jennifer talked me through the entire process and I was able to do 2 minutes! Afterwards I felt so happy and productive and my back pain was gone. Definitely going to be doing this again :)

I really love this place! The Cryo chamber gets super cold and all of the staff is super friendly and helpful. After a few full-body Cryo sessions, I ended up purchasing 10 CryoSkin sessions, the 1st of which I had yesterday! Sophia is a true professional with a lot experience and she really knows her stuff! She made some fantastic suggestions to maximize results, and I'm already really happy with the progress after just 1 session. I definitely recommend giving them a try!
