I was genuinely excited to find a clinic that accepts insurance for IV treatments, and I want to start by saying the receptionist and nursing staff were kind and welcoming — especially Laura, who was wonderful. Unfortunately, my medical visit was deeply concerning. My EKG was initially performed incorrectly, with arm and leg leads switched. I was told “this doesn’t look right” before the mistake was identified. After correcting the placement, the EKG reflected a benign heart condition that has been documented for years. Despite this, I was told I may be having an ACTIVE heart attack and was advised to go to the emergency room. Being told you might be having a heart attack while sitting there alert, speaking calmly, and having driven yourself is extremely distressing. At one point I was told to call my son to take me to the ER without first asking about logistics. After consultation with a supervising physician, I was then told I did not need to go to the ER. When I later sought clarification about the ER recommendation, the PA minimized or denied having strongly advised emergency care and redirected the focus toward my “anxiety.” Being told you may be having a heart attack and then having that escalation reframed as anxiety felt invalidating and dismissive. Additionally, during the appointment, I was told that in order for us to be a “good fit,” I should consider psychiatric evaluation for anxiety. Patients who are told they may be experiencing a life-threatening cardiac event will naturally feel anxious. Situational anxiety in response to alarming medical statements should not be reframed as a psychiatric issue or used as a condition for continuing care. That was particularly disappointing while I was in a vulnerable state discussing ongoing medical concerns. Proper blood pressure measurement protocols also did not appear to be followed. The cuff did not seem appropriately sized, and the chair was not size-inclusive, making correct positioning (feet flat, arm at heart level, back supported) difficult. Accurate blood pressure readings require correct cuff sizing and positioning. Failure to follow standard procedure can result in falsely elevated readings and unnecessary escalation. I reached out to the clinical director to provide constructive feedback directly because I believe this clinic has strong potential. I have not received a response. For patients seeking complex functional medicine care — particularly for multifaceted or autoimmune-related concerns — I would recommend asking detailed questions about the provider’s specific experience and training before establishing care. My experience suggested limited depth in managing more complex presentations. There is real opportunity here. With stronger adherence to clinical fundamentals, improved communication, and greater accountability, this clinic could be excellent. I hope this feedback is taken seriously.

I always look forward to my visit! The staff is amazing and really listen to what you say. Doctor Danny always tries the natural way of fixing or changing health conditions. Blood work is extensive checking all levels to plan out your individual care. The elite physical looks into preventing or detecting future diseases to get ahead of the game if needed. Mrs. Laura is so sweet and inviting, the nurses are gentle and caring, Dr. Danny is easy and pleasant to speak with. Plus you leave hydrated and happy you chose them.

I have been a patient here for some time, and I cannot overstate how exceptional the clinical staff is. Laura at the front desk is welcoming and efficient, Lauren, my nurse, is skilled and compassionate, and Daniel, who works closely with the medical team, is knowledgeable and attentive. Every person I encounter demonstrates professionalism and genuine care, making my visits comfortable. However, I am extremely concerned about the clinic’s billing practices. Despite repeated attempts to resolve these issues, Joy Sterkel, who manages billing, has consistently failed to respond to phone calls or emails. I have been overcharged for my co-pay and billed incorrectly to my health insurance multiple times. This ongoing problem has caused frustration and confusion, which is unacceptable for a clinic that otherwise delivers outstanding patient care. I would gladly give this clinic five stars for the excellence of the care team, but due to these unresolved billing issues, I am compelled to give one star. I am sharing this review to ensure management is aware of these serious concerns and takes immediate action to correct the billing errors and improve communication. Patients deserve a billing process that reflects the same high standard as the clinical care provided. Also, to consumers, watch your EOB’s carefully!

I absolutely love coming to Happy Health and Wellness Clinic at Round Rock location. I’ve been a patient here since April of last year, and every visit has been a great experience. From the moment I walk in, Laura and Gloria are always so welcoming, kind, and professional. Aurora, the NP, along with all the other nurse practitioners, do an excellent job explaining every treatment clearly and thoroughly. I’ve received multiple infusions here, including NAD, and today I had my first ozone therapy. Renee was amazing—she took the time to explain what ozone therapy does and what to expect afterward. I truly appreciate how caring and informative everyone is. This place has been such a blessing, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality wellness care.

I drive from Liberty Hill every week on time. I never cancel or a no show. This office is so unprofessional!! Never on time. Every single week they have admitted their delays and never correct it. My 45 minute wait each week is real. They have left me in patient rooms and completely forgot I was there. No other patients are there and they are all in the kitchen talking. Unreal. So done!
