Hydrate IV Bar

I had the pleasure of stopping into Hydrate IV South Lamar for a mid-week pick-me-up. Nicole and Paula were extremely welcoming and helpful when figuring out the best service for my needs! The atmosphere was inviting and clean. Complimentary drinks and snacks were offered, this really elevated the experience! Will be back again very soon!!

It's cool does the job. My only complaint is the privacy during the wellness check. You're in the room full of other customers talking about your medical history. I personally didn't have anything to worry about but I'm sure this would be a major problem for someone with a touchy medical history. They also do the shots behind a tiny wall in front of everyone. They need a bigger place with private rooms.

I tried the Athletic Performance IV, and it was exactly what I needed to recover and rehydrate after an intense week of workouts. The staff was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the whole process comfortable from start to finish. The space itself is super clean, relaxing, and has a great vibe. I felt refreshed, energized, and ready to take on the week afterward. Highly recommend this location and treatment to anyone who wants to boost recovery and performance — I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had an amazing experience, even before I got put into my chair the customer service was outstanding. They offered me anything and everything I could need. My nurse got my vein on the first try which NEVER happens to me. I have rolling veins, this runs in my family, so the nurse went in the median ante-brachial vein. I was extremely impressed with how expertly the team took care of things even though it was fairly busy. They made me feel listened to, which is so important! I will totally be going back since this is the closest place open over the weekend. Thank you all so much, I can finally eat after not being able to keep anything down for days. Got the Myers cocktail with a dose of Zofran in case you are struggling too!
