IVX Health Infusion Center

I’ve been to 3 different IVX Health locations in the greater Austin/San Antonio area-New Braunfels, Cedar Park, and Arbor Walk. Each location was exceptionally clean and well laid out. Each client had their own private area that could accommodate a family member if desired. The staff were very friendly, snacks & various beverages were available. I’ve had many infusions in the past at various locations and my experiences went from satisfied to feeling like cattle just moving through the process. My experience with IVX Health is by far the BEST. I certainly recommend any of their locations for anyone needing infusion therapy.

The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The nurse practitioner who gave me the injection (I think her name was Paulina) was particularly good. She explained everything to me and patiently answered my questions.

Staff was very professional and friendly. Fast service and knew exactly what to do and interacted well with myself and my autistic daughter. Highly recommend the Arbor Walk location.

Good experience. Very clean and calm surroundings. My nurse Lisa was very pleasant and skilled. My injection didn’t even draw a drop of blood - no bandage needed.

I had my first infusion at IVX after recently moving to Austin. Everyone I encountered was very welcoming and professional. This group is organized and provide a calming atmosphere. The private infusion room with a TV was so much nicer than the 4 chair group room I had used in another state. Thank you IVX. Well done.
