IVX Health Infusion Center

I enjoyed working on the scheduling with Reagan. She was able to get me in quickly as the infusions I’m getting were urgently needed. It’s a little frustrating that your central Texas offices aren’t all opened every day. One of your offices is quite close to my home; Cedar Park is not. The facility was very nice and clean. I hope and assume the next facility I visit will be lovely as well. Thanks to the staff for all the good care I received!

The place is very easy to get to. They got me right into a room, and hooked me up quickly. There are options of room types. I had a desk to work and a chair and TV. Others had 2 recliners, others had a couch and a chair, all with a TV etc for entertainment if you wish. There are some snacks and drinks up front to keep you comfortable. The nurses were all nice, and were there to help if wanted or needed. First time at this location, and will be there for the foreseeable future, and I'm ok with that.

First visit to IVX, in Cedar Park,TX. Excellent experience. Receptionist greeted us promptly, registered me, offered us snacks and drinks, and explained what came next. The nurse came in, re explained the procedure and took vitals. She then proceeded,with the injection. Long story short, it was over! Very pleasant experience!

I love the privacy of my own room. The nurses and personnel are so kind and helpful. They offer blankets liquids etc for your comfort. They work with my schedule. Convenient location.

I didn’t have a good experience at that center! I called them to inform that I was running late, no one answered, I left a voicemail to ask them to call me if they will not administer it because my drive to them is about 40 minutes! No one called me back. And when I walked into the center, no one is sitting at the front desk. I was the only patient waiting and I can see all rooms were empty except for one. So they were not busy and still refused to give me the treatment.
