I have to say the staff at paragon Austin infusion center was amazing and made me feel so comfortable. From the consult with Christina to the actual infusion with Jacqueline, I felt so at ease and she made my experience so much less stressful than I could’ve imagined so thank you to the staff at paragon infusion center Especially JacquelineShe really went above and beyond.
I call these people every month requesting a detailed statement (invoice) to confirm the doctor, the type of doctor, the services performed and the date and place of service. Each time I call ( monthly since April 2025), they promise to send the details which, each month, they do not send, I get a repeat of the same statement with no detail whatsoever. They are useless and their call center should be shut down.
I am only glad that I had my last infusion last summer. Luckily my medication switched. I hope I never have to return. In addition to continual bad patient experiences in the facility, I have been continually billed $5 for a treatment that occurred over a year ago. They refused to just let it go. Do not trust this place if you have any other options.
tale of woe: i was to receive eight infusions of a drug that caused me permanent damage after three appointments. i cancelled further treatments, they were paid just under $80,000 and i assumed all was well. months later, i was mailed a bill for $226. i called twice, spoke to different people and was told they would call me back with an explanation. never a call back. the bill has now been turned over to a collection agency and my credit score dropped over 100 points! still no explanation. all i got was permanent hearing loss and hearing aides. nice folks at the office, but find another place to go. WOW TALK ABOUT A CHANGE!!! their response, from management, was greatly appreciated. this was a misunderstanding that was taken care of in a judicious manner. i just needed to talk to the right person. thank you, thank you; all's well that ends well.
The staff at the actual infusion center are great. Super nice and caring. That’s the only reason I haven’t switched. Their billing department (in Dallas I think) is absolutely horrible. Rude every single time I call. Sighing loudly at every question like I’m bothering them or downright telling me off. They are incompetent at best. I’ve complained once and the manager who called to “fix” the situation was cold and curt and obviously not happy about having to talk to me. And it still didn’t fix anything. Last time they were just rude and then didn’t enter my insurance correctly so it wasn’t approved when I arrived a week later. They need a direct line to the infusion center so you can avoid the schedulers and ESPECIALLY the billing department. God, where do they get those people and how to they still have a job? The first time I called the guy made me cry! It shouldn’t be this stressful to call about billing or anything, quite frankly.
