First IV experience and was excited after a long weekend of teaching and facilitating an event. I was hoping for more education and expert guidance on what service I should receive. Nurse(?) had a slim Jim hanging out of her pocket while infusing me and has only ever done infusions twice herself which kind of made me a bit nervous. I immediately had ear gurgling after the IV went in and after asking about it she said “oh that’s never happened before” without further explanation and walked back into the office. I ended up googling for 10 mins after instead of enjoying the process. After they checked in 15-20 mins in I was uncontrollably coughing, had chest burning, tightness, and couldn’t take a full breath. Front desk lady asked if I was ok after my husband asked her about the coughing. Nurse came out and slowed down the rate of the bag infusion, got me water, and then went back in the office to chat with other staff members. I wasn’t sure if all of this was normal so I let it go and left feeling worse then when I came in. Tried to return when chest pains didn’t subside after 15 Mins and they were closed. Turns out after going to ER I was having a severe allergic reaction and if I had the bigger bag of IV I’d have gone into anaphylaxis. The ER doctor said they should have pulled the IV out after my concerns. Due to this, I would not recommend this place. I found it unprofessional and feel that their staff needs further training to avoid these situations and more attentiveness.

Stephanie was been amazing from the jump! As soon as I called she was super bright and nice, got me and my friend scheduled together same day. She walked us through the whole process which has been 10/10! They have such a detailed process that really gave a sense of confidence going into this being my first time. We got a blanket and snacks too! Come here!!!

Seriously, the whole vibe was just top-notch. The service crew really went above and beyond, making everything super smooth. It was genuinely a fantastic time from start to finish. Definitely a place worth checking out. Big thanks for making it so memorable.

This place is great. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and gets you right in. The nurse is so caring and gets me set up fast. I credit the drips to keeping me healthy on trips. Highly recommend, happy to do a club membership and make it a monthly thing.
