I have had nothing but Exceptional Service and Results with Austin Cosmetic Medspa. I am no stranger to Botox or fillers- I have been using them for over 10 years now. After working with Dr.Ehanire at Austin Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery I decided to use their Medspa. I was lucky enough to get an appointment with Saylem a couple weeks ago. Saylem is a Master injector. My results are Amazing. I have to say - this is the best Botox service I have ever had. She knows what’s she doing and did exactly what I needed. I also had Radiesse done in my cheek area. After some weight loss my face was showing signs of( “aging” and “sagging”) Saylem explained the benefits of Radiesse and we did it. I can’t believe what a difference it has made. My face looks amazing and I feel fabulous!

Lucy is spectacular!! She took her time to go over my treatment plan, I never felt judged and she made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. I went to Lucy for lip filler and a lip flip. She was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to educate me on every step of the process, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my appointment. She was thorough, attentive, and checked in on me every step of the way. My healed results are beautiful, subtle, and natural-looking.

I don’t have anything but wonderful things to say about my experience. Lara is incredibly kind and knowledgeable about xeomin and the other neurotoxins. I felt comfortable and relaxed the entire time not to mention the place is decorated beautifully.
