⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dr. Roy is, without question, one of the most thorough and thoughtful physicians I have ever worked with. From the very first visit, I could tell that his goal was not simply to treat symptoms but to understand the underlying causes of my health concerns. He takes the time to listen carefully, ask insightful questions, and explain his reasoning in a way that leaves me feeling informed, confident, and hopeful. What stands out most is the amount of time and attention he gives to each appointment. I never feel rushed. He carefully reviews my history, considers the whole picture, and develops a treatment plan that is both comprehensive and individualized. That level of care is becoming increasingly rare. In addition to his medical knowledge, Dr. Roy has an exceptionally calm and reassuring demeanor. He creates an environment where I feel heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. After dealing with complex health challenges, it is incredibly comforting to have a physician who combines clinical expertise with compassion. For the first time in a long time, I feel optimistic about my health journey. I have confidence that we are addressing the root causes of my illness, and that hope is invaluable. My experience with John, Sabrina, Gigi and team has been a delightful experience. I was amazed that Dr. Roy reviewed the 20 pages of health information I uploaded before my initial consult and came with a full page of notes and questions. I especially appreciated how well he listened to all of my concerns and kept asking, "Is there anything else?" I never felt rushed and it was clear that he genuinely wanted to understand what is going on with me. His demeanor is calm, confident and reassuring. He did not make any quick promises or try to sell me anything. He made me feel confident that we will find a solution to my ongoing health issues but we will take our time to run tests and only do what is necessary. I love the personal attention you get with Austin MD. This is not your typical medical factory where you spend 2-3 minutes get a generic set of answers, a prescription, and “I will see you in 30 days” as the doc walks about to his next appointment. I wanted someone who would listen to my health goals and objectives, my challenges and help me devise a plan on how to achieve them. That is exactly what I am getting - very personal face to face time, deeper discussions about my current health and very specific plans on how to achieve my objectives. The staff is great and truly dedicated to a very positive experience with genuine interest in your health goals and outcomes.

I met w/Dr Roy yesterday and explained what's been going on and lab results. I know I'm a complex case, and he thought a friend of his would be a better fit. In today's world where people are so money driven-I was extremely thankful he didn't just say sure I can help you, when in reality he thought his referral would be better for me. He told me if it didn't work out with him, of course he would try to help. This meant the world to me! And I wish I could use Dr Roy for something! (But I'm about a 2 hour drive away) I would highly recommend Dr Roy and his staff if you are thinking about using them for anything! He is very honest and seems very humble and down to earth!
