B. Sweet Lash Wax & Medspa

I am so sad to write this. I had a lash lift and tint appointment this afternoon. I booked the appointment over two weeks ago with Karla. Karla did an absolutely incredible job with my lift and tint previously (see my prior review in September) and was excited to have her do it again! I was told today at the salon there was a scheduling error and I would be with someone else for the appointment. I was not provided additional details by the staff. The lift and tint service felt rushed and had some unprofessional moments. Upon completion I felt a bit rushed to check out quickly and did not get a great look at my lashes. I left a tip. Once in the car, I realized they were severely over processed and over curled - resulting in the lashes flicking back onto my eyelid. Also, there is quite a bit of my eyelash left not tinted, with blonde showing through. I am genuinely very sad as I leave tomorrow to be in a wedding. I do not get this service very often and was so happy to be back. If it was a cheap service or only lasted briefly, no biggie - but unfortunately that is not the case here.

10/10 recommend B Sweet Medspa! I have been looking at photos for months and finally made an appt to get my eyebrows micro-bladed. Brooke was outstanding and she is an artist! She explained everything and I’m so overjoyed with the results. This after photo is only 2 hours after so I will post another in about a week. To start she measured everything I I double checked in the mirror. Then she applied the numbing cream (photo #2) and waited for 25 mins. Then she started the microblading with a medium brown color to match my hair. (They said the color will fade a bit more in about 4-5 days). The pain was about a 4/10 in certain spots that were sensitive, but totally doable! I had one spot I had her fill in a little more because my brown pattern grows a little different on the right side. After that one fix I was good to go! I’m so incredibly happy with my results and after years of dreaming of doing this, I’m so happy I did!

I have been going to the Pflugerville location for my lash fills and absolutely LOVE B.Sweet! They always do a great job! I really enjoy the boutique and the unique items for sale as well. I also love the welcoming energy and attention by the front desk reception, Delilah! She always recognizes me and greets me with a smile! She is so attentive and recently helped me with various boutique items I purchased! She is just another reason why I will continue going to B.Sweet for my lash appointments!

This apartment complex is amazing. We moved in in April and they’ve had two free breakfast days today they had bagels, coffee, and many more. They have to do different fun events for the residence and they really take care of us.

She has a gentle touch and great attention to detail. I left feeling pampered and confident, and the results have lasted way better than I expected.
