I had such a wonderful experience at Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center in Cedar Park. From the moment I walked in, the entire team Desiree, Madeline, Anjie, Alex, Jordan, and Erica made me feel so welcome. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The spa itself is absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully designed and so relaxing, which really adds to the overall experience. Katie, the nurse who performed my microneedling treatment, was amazing. She checked in with me throughout the entire procedure to make sure I was comfortable, and she has such a warm, personable energy. We were laughing the whole time, which made the experience so much more enjoyable and put me completely at ease. I’m so glad I found this place and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

The space is incredibly clean, and you can tell they really care about creating a comfortable environment for their clients. The front staff was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. (Even though I came in flustered by the rainy weather) And I can’t say enough good things about Katie—she is absolutely amazing at what she does. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely at ease. Her technique is top-tier, and my results look so natural! If you’re considering Botox or any treatments, I highly recommend this place—professional, clean, and truly talented staff. I’ll definitely be coming back!

went in for full body laser hair removal and had a genuinely disappointing experience from start to finish. During my initial free consult- Rachel was like your skin is perfect, it would work wonders, if I were you I would do it etc etc. with dark skin it would work great etc etc. The biggest issue,nobody warned me about paradoxical hypertrichosis, a known risk of laser treatment for light brown skin tones where hair can actually grow back thicker and darker instead of being removed. This is a documented side effect that any competent laser provider should discuss. They didn’t mention it once. There was also zero guidance about facial hair and laser . The aftercare was nonexistent. When I reached out with concerns, the response was cold and dismissive. You’d expect some level of follow-up care from a place charging premium prices ,there was none. I’ve since seen that many other reviewers have had similar experiences here. That pattern says a lot. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about your and stands behind their work. Someone that has a lifetime guarantee - whether it’s Milan Laser in Austin or any other place. Do not trust this place with your skin.

I have been a client of this spa for several years, and the staff is always incredibly friendly. However, my most recent experience was highly disappointing due to a severe lack of preparation and management. I scheduled an appointment to review the 10-month results of a Sculptra procedure I had done, expecting to sit down and view my before-and-after photos. Instead, they took my "after" photos and told me they couldn't find the "before" pictures, promising to email them once located. A results review of an expensive procedure shouldn't be handled via email in the first place, but to make matters worse, I never received it. I called a week later, was promised they would send it right away, and now another week has passed with zero communication. As for the procedure itself, Sculptra completely failed to work for me. I took my own before-and-after photos, and neither I nor my family can see any positive difference. In fact, I’ve noticed a bit more saggy skin near the corner of my mouth. Between the mismanagement of my records and the lack of results, it simply was not worth it.

It saddened me to give a 2 star review however after the feedback I received from the manager I don’t feel as though I should hold any loyalty with this business anymore. After more than four years as a client, I ultimately canceled my membership due to an extremely unprofessional interaction with a manager named Desiree. During a phone call regarding a Botox promotion (In which I missed the blast special by a couple days) , she told me I had only five minutes to decide if I wanted the offer and then hung up on me. The tone was rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily aggressive, and there was no acknowledgment or apology afterward. Even her own staff apologized for her behavior and were shocked with her lack of apology to the matter. What made the situation worse was the follow-up communication. Even after I clearly requested that the manager stop contacting me, I continued receiving emails that felt confrontational rather than helpful. Including cutting ties with me as a client. Last ditch attempt to try and hurt me? So immature and un professional. It’s unfortunate because several of the practitioners there are truly excellent and have always been professional, accommodating, and respectful. (Jordan and Erica specifically) However, management sets the tone for the client experience, and this interaction ultimately led me to take my business elsewhere. (My choice) I’m sharing this so others understand my experience. If you value respectful communication and professional customer service, I hope your experience is handled differently. I’m sure the chat gpt and blame game response to this email will tell you all you need to know.
