Blue Tree Health - Medical Weight Loss

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Cristal and Connie and Kristen and Kate make every visit fun and happy. Blue Tree is like going to visit girlfriends that give you a boost of sunshine. Coming here never feels like a chore, I look forward to it every week. Now about my treatment - once per month I have a thorough checkin with a provider that asks about my mom experience, any concerns, and/or wins. My dosage is tailored specifically for me and my needs. I feel important and valued and am having amazing success 🩷

The staff at Blue Tree is amazing! As soon as you walk in, you are always greeted by name. Cristal is so kind and helpful and she really listens to your concerns. The Physician care team will customize a plan specifically for you to be successful in reaching your goals!

Connie (provider) is excellent, attentive to detail, and even though she is busy—she truly always makes the time to answer your questions. She is out of office currently. I did not have the best experience with a receptionist today, Kate, in an attempt to collect payment. They used to just send secure links for payment and maybe need to implement this option again. The phone was answered at the last ring, with understanding they must be busy on Saturdays, and she answered “hello?” in an annoyed tone, prompting me to ask if I had reached the right number. This is a customer service no no in terms of phone etiquette. She put me on hold for the payment, the call dropped, I called back and she did not say anything and hung up on me.

Buckle up. What a weird place. Okay so, tried to get weight loss meds (because it seems everyone and their skinny mom is on them and what better place to ask than a sketchy clinic because my PCP won’t prescribe me anything) from this place. Intake on the phone said I was all good to get something. I go in, I watch woman after woman come in and get taken back. I go back. A woman who… is struggling to make any sense at all is like girl I don’t think you qualify. So why am I here? I get the free dexa scan. I have to take my pants off for it? They tell me they can’t print or show me the scan because their printer is out of ink. I ask for at least a lipoden shot (which does nothing they say) and… they have no needles? Idk yall what’s going on here? They escorted me out through a back door that led to a hallway. Thankfully charged me nothing but… what the hell? Would not recommend. Maybe if I would have pulled out cash they could have helped me? Idk how they have so many good reviews. Girls what are yall doing that they will help you?

Love Blue Tree! They are always friendly and supportive, through my weight loss and now maintenance journey. The services are affordable and I rarely have to wait for more than a couple of minutes. Highly recommend!
