I visited Divine Luxury Spa for the first time today and had an amazing experience! I got a 20% lactic acid peel… my first chemical peel ever… and I couldn’t have been in better hands. Nikki took the time to ask thoughtful questions about my skin and skincare routine before we got started, which immediately put me at ease. She made the whole process so relaxing and educational…I walked out not only feeling great but actually understanding my skin better. What really stood out was that Nikki didn’t just give me a great treatment …. she also put me on a plan to achieve clear, even skin. I’m genuinely excited about the journey ahead! I have been going to Nikki for a year and half and I have seen great improvement in my skin. I get regular monthly facials and have had chemical peels as well. The atmosphere is very relaxing, I normally fall asleep in my facial. I also really enjoyed the infrared sauna. Nikki is the best and very skilled I will be continuing to only let her do my facials.

I’m fairly new to the area and was excited to book a birthday facial with Nikki after receiving several great recommendations. The facial itself was wonderful, and the esthetician who worked with me did an excellent job. I felt relaxed and well taken care of, and the birthday gift bag was a very thoughtful touch. However, I was disappointed to learn (through the confirmation message the day before) that I had been switched to a different provider without being contacted beforehand. I later found out that Nikki no longer performs birthday facials, but had I known that in advance, I would have booked a different service to experience a facial with her based on the many recommendations I received. Overall, it was a good experience, but the lack of communication regarding the change was disappointing.
