Absolutely terrible. No professionalism, no consistency in availability of appointments, and horrible customer service. If you want top tier service, find another company to provide laser hair removal services. Edited to add: The spa manager reached out to me to discuss my concerns. The manager handled her subordinates lack of knowledge in a timely manner and accommodated a sooner appointment slot. (Face to Face Spa cancelled my appointment and the representative I spoke with told me the best they could do was 8 weeks later than my originally scheduled appointment.) The manager was helpful and timely. Edited again (5/22) to add: The start of my time with Ideal Image (McNeil location) (Face to Face Spa) was horrible. However, once Michelle became manager, her and her team have turned things around. Michelle has a professional understanding of customer service. It is hard to get appointments, but the team is good at what they do. Michelle, thanks for improving my experience with Ideal Image.

Outstanding Customer Service! From the front office to the estheticians, everyone treated me amazing. Alexa has done a Diamond Glo and a chemical peel and had a wonderful experience. She took her time and also gave me the best facial massage. I highly recommend this Medspa. I look forward to coming back.

I had the BEST experience at Face to Face Spa in Avery Ranch! I got a chemical peel and I love the way my face looks by the results. My skin looks brighter, smoother, and so much more even after just one session. Emily was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Emily explained the process, checked on me throughout, and gave really helpful aftercare instructions. The spa itself is clean, relaxing, and very professional. You can tell they truly care about your skin and results. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for real results!

I had a great experience! My facial was thorough and I had great conversation the whole time. When I took quiet time it was comfortable to transition to that. Imani and Alexa were very kind and efficient. It was great service from beginning to end.

Elena was fantastic at explaining the Botox process and patient with my questions. The procedure was easy and effortless. And the atmosphere was comfortable and peaceful. I will definitely be back!
