This was my 1st time doing something ever like this other than exercise and diet and I was a bit skeptical at first but I did lose an inch on my 1st treatment! I felt lighter too in my body and there was a smile my face. (I haven’t done something for myself in a long long time, so I’m smiling about that). I'm excited to see the results after 5 sessions. I really enjoyed the cryo session. It didn’t hurt at all, just some heat, then some coolness and the pressure from the wand (I’m usually pretty sensitive). It was a great time to unplug and relax. Durga was very professional and listened well. I also liked how they did a thorough body analysis of where I am currently at as far as health and body composition. I was surprised to learn that the fat that freezes off, is permanent…that’s pretty cool. Is it a little expensive? Yes. In my opinion. But I realize this is extremely new technology and we shouldn’t put a price on our health. . The whole staff was very friendly and professional which I appreciated. I look forward to coming back for my 2nd treatment. Thanks to all.

Genesis Red Light is the best and most relaxing spa experience I’ve ever had. I started going there almost a year ago and I feel great every time I’m there and after I leave. I started going there almost a year ago because I needed pain relief and wanted to lose those last 10 stubborn pounds. I was able to accomplish that and so much more. It’s not just about the services, it’s about the amazing people that serve you. John, Serenity, Durga, Tammy, Gabby and Don, they are all kind, welcoming and accommodating. I’ve also tried all the services there. They have the best technology in red light, cryotherapy, and sauna. You cannot go wrong there. I have so much more to say about this amazing place and the great people there but it would be super long.

The facility is spotless and thoughtfully designed, with soothing music and warm lighting that added to the peaceful vibe. Not to mention the peppermint cooling towels for use in their sauna. The red light has taken inches off my body, melted away my tension, removed stubborn blemishes from my face, and dramatically improved my sleep. Honestly, I can't say enough about Genesis and their amazing staff!
