Update!!! The manager Brooke banned me for this!!! Completely ridiculous. She also refused to give me corporates number ! It’s a shame 1 bad apple can ruin an entire establishment! For this location that person is Logan. A rude, attitude filled little man that apparently hates children!! After finding out i would have my 6 yr old son with me during the time I scheduled a massage, I called the location and talked to a receptionist. I explained the situation and asked if my well behaved son could sit in the room with me.. they put me on hold, called their boss and confirmed it’s no problem! Well today, Logan comes out, calls my name, my son and I stand up and his jaw drops like he’s never seen a child. He says, “ is that your child ? I can’t massage you with him in the room?! Looking me like I’m an idiot with attitude in his tone. I say “ oh, I called and asked yesterday and they said it was ok. He goes “ well it’s my prerogative, and I’m not going to babysit your child “ with even more sarcastic attitude in his tone “ at this point I was done. My child is well behaved, would have shook this man’s hand, introduced himself, said yes sir, and sat still the entire 40 minutes they claim is a hour massage! He didn’t give my 6yr old the opportunity, instead he made me and my child feel stupid, unwelcome, and horrible. I have been a member for 10 years. I will NEVER use this company nor will any one in my family until this insanely rude person is removed. I’m waiting on a call from management. Until then I will continue to spread the word. Reviews can be deleted with confirmation of Logan’s departure! I will give the manger till tomorrow evening to review and make this right before I post to the Georgetown Group pages and anywhere else my 10s of thousands of local followers can see and we all cancel our memberships. 4 members of my family are now ready to cancel over this. This happened at 11 am 5/14/26.

I was able to do a facial with Erika and truly had the best time. She definitely matched my conversation style and to be honest sometimes I get nervous going into services like this because I’m afraid they will shame me for my face😂 Erika did not!! She made me feel so comfortable and gave me some great advice and product suggestions!! Definitely will be coming back for her services!!

Erika’s facial was the best I’ve ever had!! I felt so relaxed and my skin looked and felt amazing after. She looked at my skin and treated it based on my needs, which I loved!! She’s my go to girl now. I’ll be getting the membership just so that I can see her once a month:))

Caution. My experience could be isolated to the individual therapist, but this is how it played out. H&S knows who it is. First, you will fill out a very detailed questionnaire. You can offer as much information or as little as you like. I learned my therapist didn't examine it too closely. Before beginning I was asked if there were any problem areas I needed addressed. That was nice; however, it was ignored. Additionally the massage technique I did receive was so basic I could have just stayed home and asked my spouse to help me out the best she could. Next, you need to understand that an advertised "50 minute" massage is not actually 50 minutes of work. I timed my experience. The hands-on time is 35-40 minutes of actual work. Lastly, my therapist had bad breath. Even when face down I was catching it. When face up I had to hold my breath to get through it. That was uncomfortable. The smell of the coconut oil she used was bad enough. The music being played was skipping all the time which was distracting. This is not a premium experience. I gave it 2-stars because the receptionist was super sweet, and I was gifted the session, but if it were from my own pocket I would have graded it a 1. Recommend trying a different location.

I've had 2 massages and a facial, and I was very happy with them. However, I cancelled my membership in January and was told the last payment would come out in February. They continued to take my money for March and April. I've asked for a refund several times and have not gotten it. Watch your bank accounts when you're ready to leave this place Georgetown. They are crooks.
