Me and my mom both saw nurse Kathy... Let me tell you she is so amazing! It has been so difficult to find a Spanish-speaking injector here in Austin. My mom speaks little English and Kathy was able to hear her and take great care of us both. We both feel so much more confident and we just started her treatment plan.

Jamie is simply the best! I have received both lip filler & a lip flip from her, & I am so happy with the results. I have never felt so confident in my life! We’re recently here for an event and so disappointed , l took my mother who is a senior there too. And also l did my pre visit procedure with my phone. The injector Kathy asked me much is my budget which was rude instead of explaining how many units l need. and without any talking a bout kind of tox , which l asked her after all, started to inject , she was in a rush that her injections were painful , exactly after she finished mine without any explanation she left us to do another customer injection which was weird and rude because my mother was ready . She also didn’t withdraw the Botox in front of me which was not right. I asked the front desk if anyone can help my mother and they said we have nobody . Some one who said she is a manager came to my room and started saying that because we were not ready she is doing another customer totally wrong . We were sitting there before that customer for at least 15 minutes .She was repeating the same things a few times , finally after a long time they sent us to another room with Jamie ( another injector) . At least she was a little nicer and talked a bout the services to my mom a little bit. So far we haven’t seen any changes , I got 30 units of tox in my forehead. I can’t trust this place.
