No English. No communication. I needed a towel, she never understood. I needed her to avoid 2 areas recently burned by dermatologists. She pretended to understand and then continued full speed and to rip scab off one. Zero communication is unacceptable. Based on skills I don’t believe she was trained for therapeutic deep tissue massage.
