All I want to say is thank you, Adrianna and Drew, for being literal angels. I had facial balancing and Moxi done at Maeva Aesthetics, and the entire experience was nothing short of amazing. Their professionalism is truly 20/10—from the moment I walked in, I felt cared for, welcomed, and completely at ease. The passion they have for their craft really shows. Their patience, precision, and attention to detail are unmatched. They took their time, explained everything, and made sure everything was absolutely perfect. I didn’t have a single doubt throughout the entire process. I trust them wholeheartedly with my face because they genuinely know their stuff. If you’re considering any aesthetic treatments, Maeva Aesthetics is the place to go. You would be in great hands, and the natural results/ approach is the icing on the cake. I still look like myself but prettier. Went to work the next day and you couldn’t tell I had anything done. I usually don’t write reviews but its nice to give honor to whom honor is due.

I can’t recommend Maeva enough - in fact I recommend it to just about everyone I talk to. Adrianna has built something truly special and cultivated amazing talent (shoutout Shaelyn) in everyone who works there. Maeva makes sure you look your most beautiful while looking natural - even my parents didn’t notice my improvements! The amazing people at Maeva aren’t afraid to tell you “no” which is so, so important, and never push procedures on you. I started with Maeva in 2022 and will NEVER let anyone else touch my face. I flew from Los Angeles to Austin specifically to see Adriana at Maeva, and I can honestly say it was one of the best aesthetic decisions I’ve ever made. First, the space itself is absolutely stunning. Calling it a med spa almost doesn’t do it justice. The design feels more like a beautifully curated gallery or museum, with thoughtful artwork and an atmosphere that is both luxurious and incredibly calming. The moment you walk in, you feel taken care of. What truly sets Maeva apart, though, is Adriana. Before we did anything, she spent a significant amount of time understanding my goals and concerns. She looked at my face from multiple angles, watched how I spoke, how my facial expressions moved, and took the time to truly understand both my anatomy and the outcome I was hoping to achieve. She is meticulous, thoughtful, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. What impressed me most was that she wasn’t trying to sell me. In fact, she was very clear about what she would and would not recommend, what results were realistic, and what would best serve my face long term. That level of honesty is rare. We did a combination of filler, Dysport, and Sculptra, and I was genuinely blown away by the results. One of the concerns we addressed is something I’ve been insecure about since I was 12 years old. Over the years, I had been told by multiple people that there wasn’t much that could be done. Adriana was the first person who confidently looked at me and said, “Of course we can improve that.” The level of artistry, precision, and attention to detail she brought to the process was remarkable. Even immediately after treatment, the results exceeded my expectations. And the most exciting part is that I haven’t even seen the full outcome yet, as some treatments take time to settle and develop. Adriana is truly an artist. She just happens to use faces as her canvas.
