I found this hidden gem and love it!! This place has so much to offer. I did the red light therapy and slept like a baby that night! I also had a 30 minute session with Rodney the masseuse, he is awesome awesome. And Henry the front desk guy is so nice and helpful.

Rodney was absolutely amazing! I had a deep tissue massage with him, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about how talented he is at what he does. He knew exactly where I needed the most work and applied the perfect amount of pressure throughout the entire massage. You can tell Rodney truly knows his craft. He is professional, attentive, and incredibly skilled. I left feeling so much better, more relaxed, and like a whole new person. If you are looking for an amazing deep tissue massage, Rodney is the one to book with. I highly, highly recommend him!

Never did Redlight Therapy before. But it was highly recommended by an acquaintance. Charles called me after I booked an appointment and asked a couple of key questions to find out if it was something that would truly help me. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and polite. He told me what the session was going to be and how to prepare. When I arrived for my appointment, he was there to greet me. I got a tour of the studio and shown all the things they had to offer. After my session, I did tell him about my experience. He did not try to push anything on me or make more appointments quickly. I left as ease and happy with my experience. I was also very thankful that I wasn't pressured to pay for more anything. However, I do know I will be going back.

I have to say when my wife asked if I would like to try this place out I didn't know what to expect. I can honestly say now I was impressed WAY more than I thought I would be. This place awesome not only did I do the sanua but also tried the cold plunge. After reading around online some I am now seeing all of the mental health benefits from doing both and will be signing up on my wifes plan!!! The space was very tidy with no worries of doing anything they offer and being seen by other people because each space has its own room. I talked with the owners for quite a while and can't express how great they are!! Very, very impressed guys, keep it up 👍 5-STARS FOR SURE
