DO NOT BOOK HERE. My experience with this business was extremely disappointing from start to finish. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment and was checked in, only to wait more than 40 minutes before being seen. About 15 minutes into the wait, I was informed that my original esthetician had become ill and had to leave. While I understand that emergencies happen, there appeared to be no communication, organization, or urgency in addressing the situation. The only positive part of my visit was the replacement esthetician, Haley. She was professional, knowledgeable, and provided excellent service. Unfortunately, her efforts could not make up for the numerous issues with the business itself. After my treatment, things became even worse. I went to the front desk to pay and found nobody at the register. I waited another 15–20 minutes just to check out. During that time, I called the business phone, only to hear it ringing unattended near the front desk. While waiting, I noticed my intake paperwork containing personal and medical information left out in plain view where anyone could see it. To make matters worse, someone had written “pissed off” on the top corner of the paperwork. I was shocked and offended. I had been patient and respectful throughout the entire visit and had given no reason for such an unprofessional comment. When an employee finally returned, I explained my concerns regarding the excessive wait times and the fact that my personal information had been left exposed. His response was essentially nonexistent. There was no meaningful apology, no concern about the privacy issue, and no attempt to address the situation. Instead, he simply asked whether I would be paying with cash or card. The facility itself is beautiful, clean, and well maintained, and Haley provided excellent service. However, the management, customer service, communication, and professionalism of this business were completely unacceptable. This company presents itself very differently in its advertising than what I experienced in reality. What sounded amazing on Facebook turned out to be one of the most frustrating and unprofessional customer service experiences I have had. I cannot recommend this business to anyone. Based on my experience, they have serious issues with customer service, organization, and handling customers’ private information.

I had an amazing first experience. Autumn hands are the best ever.. My experience was beyond relaxation and incredible. It’s a most do again.
