Shae is absolutely incredible! I’ve been to see her several times now for massages and cryo, and she is always so professional and welcoming. She truly knows her stuff and makes you feel comfortable the second you walk through the door. On my last visit, I tried out her pelvic floor treatments. We started with the XSculpt chair for 15 minutes. Those electronic pulses really force the muscles to work! We followed that up with a 25-minute PEMF session, and that was the real game-changer. It felt like it hit everything from front to back. Even with the intensity up high, it felt great. The best part is that the results feel good and strong already. Both treatments definitely do the job, but the PEMF was my personal favorite for the overall coverage.
