Owner Kacey has created an amazing medspa in our fabulous community. I’ve had several incredible treatments at Renew that have all been exceptional. The consulting is top-notch! They stay very current with all the latest and greatest advancements in technology and recommend treatment options specifically customized to your needs and in alignment with your medical history. The staff is welcoming and friendly, exceptionally knowledgeable and informative, highly skilled in their trade, and quite simply top notch. The whole experience is always warm and personal. No wonder they’ve been rated the top spa in Georgetown! I highly recommend Renew! You won’t be disappointed! Thank you, Kacey and team-you’ve earned a lifelong client! 🙌❤️

Renew Med Spa is absolutely the best! Kasey is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about her clients. The entire team—from the massage therapist to the Botox and red light therapy specialists—are experts at what they do. The service is always exceptional, and I leave feeling great every time. Renew was truly the best name that could’ve been chosen for how this spa makes you feel! I normally have a female masseuse however failed on my part in requesting one biggest however Tavon was beyond respectful, kind, aware, and intentional throughout the entire massage Tina took my facialginity and BOY did I fall in love with the whole experience Scheduling was easy and smooth

I had an amazing experience at Renew Med Spa! I booked both a facial and a massage, and everything was top-notch from start to finish. Kianna, my massage therapist, was incredible—so professional and attentive, and she made sure I was completely relaxed the entire time. It was exactly what I needed! Maegan, the aesthetician, did an amazing job on my facial. My skin felt so refreshed, smooth, and was absolutely glowing afterward. She was knowledgeable and made the experience feel very personalized. The entire staff was welcoming and professional, and the atmosphere was relaxing and clean. I highly recommend Renew Med Spa if you’re looking for a great self-care experience—I will definitely be back! ✨

I would rate no stars if I could. Me and my friend booked a couple’s massage groupon for us on Valentine’s Day with Renew Med Spa and were rescheduled EIGHT times. Each time we were called only hours in advance when we had altered our schedules solely for this appointment. The excuse was ALWAYS that their massage therapist was not feeling well and was out sick, which is understandable for maybe once or twice but EIGHT times is absolutely ridiculous and horribly unprofessional. They offered us just a facial the days they rescheduled but our schedules didn’t allot for us to come back as it was far from us and we had taken time off for the appointment. When I was confused on why they could only do facials and not the massage the therapist I was texting was very rude, dismissive, and talked to me like I was stupid, which I didn’t appreciate considering I was being gracious. I also specifically requested a female therapist and they tried to give me a male therapist. They told me that they only had one massage therapist each day they would cancel on me which is unprofessional in itself. How are you going to run a business with not enough massage therapists to do a couple’s massage that YOU offer? We were really looking forward to our appointment considering we had recently gotten into a car accident, but because of Renew Med Spa’s unprofessional behavior and unreliable scheduling, we had to dispute with Groupon to get a refund since it’s June, we had booked in February so it expires tomorrow. Would’ve loved to enjoy a well earned self-care massage day, but we had to forfeit our experience all together because you guys don’t know how to staff and run a business. Do NOT schedule a couple’s massage package here if you want your appointment to be in the next 4 months…
