Restore Hyper Wellness

I enrolled at Restore Wellness and in February 2026 asked to pause my membership. The staff member (Travis) explicitly told me I could pause for up to 6 months and that he would personally check in with me before any charges were run on my card. I relied on that assurance. I received no services during the pause period — their own records confirm I never attended. Despite this, they continued charging my card for approximately five months with no callback or proper notice. When I brought it to their attention, the manager (Katie) and owner (Julia) gave conflicting information about pause policies. One said they don’t offer 3-month pauses; the other later claimed the system maxes out at 90 days. They refused to refund any of the charges even though no services were provided. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to try to recover my money. This experience has been incredibly frustrating. They prioritize collecting payments over honoring what their own staff promises. If you value clear communication and fair billing practices, look elsewhere. I would not trust this business with a membership or my payment information.

Katie and Nurse Stephanie were incredibly welcoming and kind. I wasn't feeling good at all when I arrived, but Nurse Stephanie listened to everything that was going on with my health and knew exactly what I needed. As the IV started working, everyone could see me beginning to feel better while we were sitting and talking. I felt safe, seen, and truly cared for. They made a stressful day so much easier, and I'm so grateful for their compassion. I highly recommend them! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place is located In the HEB Center next to my PO box place. I got my groceries and my mail and popped in. There were two girls at the counter and one was talking to a potential client? So I asked the other girl how much for an infrared sauna. The girl i WASN'T even talking to told me to have a seat she would get to me next. Uhhhh NO. I had groceries in the trunk and I was just popping in you should have just told me the price or handed me a price list. Here is a piece advice for you, business owner to business owner...PRICE SHEET. I am not coming back because now I know I have to sit there through some big sales pitch to get one. I don't have time for that, maybe the house wives do but I don't. Good luck guys.

Our new "spa." Do yourself a favor and check Restore out. We were merely curious after learning about the benefits of cryotherapy, infrared saunas, red light and compression therapies. The entire team at Restore and especially Morgan, were extremely knowledgable about all the services and transparent about pricing. We jumped at the opportunity to try cryotherapy within minutes of walking in and my husband and I went into the chamber together! The entire layout, vibe, professionalism, and medical credibility throughout this entire establishment is top notch with cutting edge technology aimed to decrease inflammation in your body, optimize sleep and increase metabolism. They just opened less than a week ago with pricing that's affordable both as a member and a la carte. Stopping inside is well worth the visit to learn more!

Being in my mid-40s, I felt like I was slowing down a bit, but I’m always looking for ways to optimize my health. I listen to a lot of health, wellness, and biohacking podcasts and YouTube videos. Many of them talk about biohacking techniques like cryotherapy, red light, etc… So when I saw Restore open up at Four Points, I wanted to check it out. After just one IV, I was totally hooked and ended up joining on the spot. I immediately felt better afterward and I started coming in regularly for red light and IV. I also tried the hyperbaric oxygen, cryo, and compression all of which are great. The staff here is incredibly nice and accommodating, plus they have a great app that makes scheduling super easy. That said, there have also been multiple times where I just stopped in, and they took care of me right away for whatever I needed- without an appointment. There’s still a lot of other things I’d love to explore to help optimize my health even more. I feel really great afterward and it’s been a huge benefit for my overall health and wellness. Highly recommend giving it a try.
