I had a great experience with Amy! She was thorough, gentle, and really took the time to understand my skin. I felt comfortable, cared for, and appreciated how attentive she was to details. She even pointed out some veins on my nose that hadn't been mentioned before, which made me feel like I was truly in good hands. Looking forward to coming back. During my visits with Jennifer Jordan, PA-C, she is very attentive to my requests, and I feel comfortable trusting her with the treatment. However, I have noticed that at checkout, the staff often seem hurried and less patient, which can be disappointing. It appears their customer service may lack empathy, especially when it comes to making payments. For example, I requested to split my payment between two forms—a debit card and a credit card—and saw that other customers, such as an older woman in her 80s trying to pay in cash, sometimes face frustration when paying with larger bills. I offered to break her $100 bill into smaller denominations to make it easier for her to receive her change; it doesn't hurt to have a pen handy to confirm the bill's denomination isn't counterfeit. I hope that future experiences can feel warmer and more understanding for everyone involved.

Things have changed so much here. I love the care and treatment they provide. PA Jennifer is amazing, as is Dr. Lane and Charlie. I met Tabatha today and she was such a joy.
