Spa Luxe is and continues to be my favorite place in Georgetown for over five years now, Kelsey is the absolute best. She hands-down is one of the best aestheticians I’ve ever been to, her attention to detail and tailoring your service just to you, is her expertise. She is super knowledgeable and always knows how to make a girl glow!! Jessica is also an amazing massage therapist here, she has fixed my shoulder issues and has helped me tremendously. She seriously is a magician. I cannot recommend this place enough!!

First time there was yesterday. I booked an 80 minute hot some massage. The young ladies at the front desk were very friendly and professional. I was offered the robe and sandals and shown the very clean and well thought out changing area with lockers. It was a nice start to ease into a state of relaxing. Had a lovely cup of chamomile tea and sat in the comfy lounge to wait. For my massage I didn’t put down a preference for anyone in particular to do it. I had the massage with Neisha. She was wonderful! I told her I was having an asthma flair up and she allowed me to have my inhaler close by. She really helped to loosen my tension in my back, especially since I had been having so much coughing because of the asthma. I ended up needing to use my inhaler during the massage and she was so kind and made sure I was good. When massage was done I realized how much my body needed it. She helped me feel so much better! I went back to lounge for a bit, changed in changing area, and immediately went to front desk and booked my next massage. I am looking forward to returning!

This spa has become one of my favorite places to treat myself. I've been here primarily for facials and massages, and every experience has been wonderful. The spa is always spotless, peaceful, and relaxing—it truly feels like an escape from the stresses of everyday life. Kelsey is absolutely amazing and the main reason I keep coming back. She is incredibly talented, especially with facials, and always makes me feel comfortable and cared for. She takes the time to understand my skin's needs, and I consistently leave with my skin looking and feeling its best. The entire team is friendly, professional, and committed to providing an exceptional experience. If you're looking for a clean, serene spa with outstanding service and results, I highly recommend giving them a try. I always leave feeling refreshed, pampered, and excited for my next visit!

I’ve been to Spa Luxe many times and every experience has been amazing from the minute you walk into the door! All the staff are welcoming and super friendly. My recent visit yesterday was with Kelsey and she did an amazing job on my brows! I’m so happy to have found my to go spot for waxing from now on! Would highly recommend! :)

I was referred to Lux Spa by a friend who had a wonderful experience, and I truly wish I could say the same about mine. My appointment was with Angela, who was friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout the process. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my results. Shortly after treatment, I noticed that whenever I made a facial expression and raised my eyebrows, I developed a noticeable indentation between them, and about a week later, I developed noticeable dent in my forehead—something I have never experienced with previous treatment and certainly not a result I was wanting. Personally, I’d rather have a few wrinkles than forehead indentations. When I reached out to share my concerns, I was told this was a normal reaction. While I understand that everyone’s anatomy and results can vary, this was not typical for me based on my past experiences. Angela invited me back about a week and a half later to make adjustments. I was surprised to learn there would be an additional charge, as correction appointments have typically been covered by other providers I’ve seen in the past. Unfortunately, after the adjustments, the issue seemed more noticeable rather than improved. To be fair, I can only speak to my personal experience. I don’t know whether this was simply an off day for her, a difference in technique, or something else entirely. Angela was kind, and I genuinely enjoyed the spa itself. The atmosphere is beautiful, relaxing, and welcoming, and the lounge area is a lovely touch. For that reason, I’m giving Lux Spa 3 stars. While I was not happy with my results, I don’t want to discredit the positive aspects of my visit. I believe everyone deserves grace, and because I loved the environment and have heard great things from others, I am willing to give them another chance. I’m hopeful that a second visit may lead to a better experience
