Westlake Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery - Round Rock

I have been going to Westlake Dermatology for almost 20 years. I have does so because of how incredible Dr. Sandoval is. She has always been a pleasure to work with and has always known what to do with what ever was going on. This 1 star is not for Fareesa Sandoval, she gets 5 stars all day long. Which is why it takes months to get to see her now. I have recently been there and seen a couple different Doctors for a few different things. None of which has had a solution the first or second visit. The last time I was there, I told them how Sandoval did the treatment and I was told by Eden, that was how she does things and I would have to wait to see her if I wanted it treated that way. The treatment used made it so I wasnt able to walk for 2 days and made the problem worth. Im convinced that Fareesa Sandoval is the only honest person there and that everyone else is playing with your health to made a few extra dollars. I wouldnt recommend Westlake Dermatology to anyone unless you are will to wait for the wonderful Fareesa Sandoval.

Excellent experience at Westlake Dermatology! Vicki at the front desk was so welcoming and made check-in quick and easy. PA Eden was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The entire visit was smooth and professional. I highly recommend Westlake Dermatology!

I'm an existing patient and so is my daughter, FOR YEARS. My son needed an appointment so I booked one online, added his grandmother as someone who could receive medical info and bring him to appts. She brought him to his appt. and they refused to see him. The would take verbal authorization on the phone or let him go in by himself. My husband has been in the hospital for now 4 months and my mom was doing me a favor b/c I was at work. I just needed a break. I pleaded with the receptionist -- can I drive up right now and sign your form? Can I sign something & send electronically? Can he go in by himself? NO, NO, NO. It's June 18. The next available appt. with ANY provider is July 21. Thank you Westlake Derm RR for excellent customer service.

I noticed an irregular looking mole on my ankle and was referred by my PCP. The doctor who saw me was attentive and took my concern seriously, she biopsied it right then and there. Lo' and behold, it was pre-cancer. She also gave me an exam to check for other suspicious-looking moles and noticed something on my shoulder she also removed. They saved me from something terrible. Great doctor, nurses, medical team, and front desk staff! I would also like to compliment the cleaning team because the waiting room is immaculate.

I came in with a skin issue that had been bothering me for over a year and had never been fully resolved despite seeing other dermatologists. PA Eden truly went above and beyond—she took the time to listen, was incredibly thorough, and made me feel like a priority rather than just another patient. I finally felt heard and well cared for. I highly recommend her.
