What an incredible experience at Degree Wellness in Rockwall, Texas! We were in town for the Fourth of July weekend and wanted to relax, recharge, and focus on our health. Degree Wellness absolutely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in, Cynthia at the front desk greeted us with the biggest whitest smile and made us feel right at home. She gave us a full tour of the facility and made the entire experience welcoming from start to finish. Kiara, the nurse, was phenomenal. I’m a huge baby when it comes to needles (don’t judge me - lol) - but she made the process so easy, comfortable, and virtually painless. Her professionalism and kindness immediately put me at ease. Steve, the owner, is incredibly genuine and passionate about helping others. You can tell he truly cares about every person who walks through the door. Wishing him and his wife continued success with this amazing business. If you’re looking to prioritize your health and wellness, I highly recommend Degree Wellness. Their customer service, professionalism, and genuine care are second to none. Thank you all for such an amazing experience - we’ll definitely be back!

Awesome experience. Stevie and Arianna are super helpful. Educated us on all of the benefits and were a joy to work with. Highly recommend this place. As an old athlete I need recovery and this felt like a resort/high level sports recovery facility. Total win!

Fantastic experience at Degree Wellness! Beautiful, clean and high-end! You will definitely feel like you are being pampered while taking care of your health and wellness! I did the infrared sauna and the Vitamin C shower. The room was equipped with a remote for music or streaming shows while you sauna. A cold towel and cold water were provided, as were a robe, slides and more towels, if needed. The sauna was heavenly. A great way to relax and rejuvenate after a long day! The owners and staff were super knowledgeable and very friendly. I highly recommend!

I finally got to check out Degree Wellness at Rockwall Harbor, and I'm so glad I did. I tried the contrast therapy, and honestly, I wasn't sure what to expect, but I ended up loving it. Going from the 43° cold plunge into the sauna (with Bluetooth surround sound, which was such a nice touch) left me feeling refreshed and completely recharged. What really stood out to me is that they have so much more than just one service. They offer compression therapy, IV drips, NAD+, cryotherapy, red light therapy, oxygen therapy, and these beautiful private contrast therapy suites. It feels a lot more elevated and luxurious than anything else I've seen around here, and it's nice that you can choose what fits your goals that day. Being right on the lake at Rockwall Harbor makes the whole experience even more relaxing. I'm already looking forward to going back to try the cryotherapy next!

The best Wellness studio I have been to! So much to offer as far as health & wellness! Beautiful facility! The best owners & employees! You have to go see it for yourself - a little slice of relaxation & heaven right here in Rockwall located at the Harbor area!! Go try it for your self - TREAT YOU!! Your worth it!!!
