The facility is exceptionally well-maintained and immaculate. My experience was exceptional from check-in to check-out. All the staff members I encountered during my visit were exceptionally courteous and professional. My Dr. is Casey Kassem, his assistant Sonya (sp) were the best.

My pre Christmas online visit was excellent with an excellent practitioner. She asked all the pertinent questions, went into great detail, did thoughtful analysis, and diagnosed the need for GI testing. All of that extended online interview was great, but going forward I have no contact or information about when, where, how to get the needed testing. It is frustrating for the practitioner and myself, that I am in a healthcare desert 50 miles from Dallas in a rural area. Apparently the labs that are used are not set up in this area. I will drive wherever I need to go, and immediately. Please help me. I need HELP for going forward with diagnosis, then treatment. HELP!

Rhonda Choi is one of the best Nurses I have ever had. She was knowledgeable and sweet and caring. I will definitely ask for her again.

My PA is great!I would suggest staff should at least look up when patient arrives. Folks should speak clearly to patients, not look at computer and speak to it.
