We had the best experience at Hydrate IV Frisco! This is a brand new spa here in Frisco, located in the shopping center at Legacy & Lebanon, and let me tell you, what a relaxing experience it was. My first IV cocktail did not disappoint. I highly recommend you stop in. They have so many options to choose from, from IV bags to single injections, you will find exactly what you are looking for! I’m not really a needle girly and honestly, I didn’t feel a thing except when the nurse said I would and it was truly “just a prick”. They made me super comfy with a pillow and a blanket. Staff was amazing and so welcoming! 🥰 Next day and I’m feeling amazing. Had a restful night’s sleep without a single sleep aid. Go! You won’t regret it!

Front staff super friendly when I walked in without an appointment. I tried the L-Lysine shot, it was quick and painless. I appreciate they have you give a quick health review and meet with a virtual doctor for the first time. They also have snacks and drinks! The owner was there and shared they have a separate room with two chairs if I ever want privacy or came with a friend. The place was very clean, relaxing and I felt safe being there, definitely will be back.
