Amazing experience! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I had been feeling very dehydrated for a while and decided to get the Wellness IV to help get hydrated. They got me checked in quickly, made sure I was comfortable, and set up my IV pain free! I will be coming back here when I come back into town!

Horrible experience. I understand needing a medical clearance evaluation before treatment, but the process and customer service were unacceptable. I waited over an hour while the nurse appeared more focused on computer work and telling the front desk she was busy with online tasks instead of attending to patients. I made sure to arrive early because I had work afterward, yet the delay was excessive. Despite the poor experience, I still paid for the medical clearance because I understand that part is required. However, multiple patients were left waiting just to have their IVs removed, and there seemed to be very little organization or urgency from staff. At one point, a patient’s blood pressure cuff was left on, and the front desk had to ask the patient if they remembered their own blood pressure reading. Overall, very disappointing experience and poor patient care.

I had a wonderful experience at Hydrate IV bar. The atmosphere is calming, the ambiance is refreshing, and the IV therapy was rejuvenating. We were welcomed immediately after walking in the door by our hostess, DeeDee. She explained the services in depth and was highly attentive to our needs. The nurse professional was equally pleasant and efficient. I will definitely return again.
