I have been a loyal customer and have referred a lot of business to this clinic, which is why I'm so disappointed with the way Michelle has treated me. On my most recent visit, Michelle had the door locked even though the "Open" sign was on. I stood outside for over 30 minutes, called Michelle multiple times, and even knocked on the door. Michelle never answered the phone or acknowledged that I was there. This isn't the first time I've had issues with Michelle. Whenever I've come in for injections, Michelle has often told me they're out of the supplies needed. It's frustrating to depend on a medical clinic when Michelle repeatedly says they don't have what patients need. Michelle's attitude has consistently been rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. People come to a clinic because they need medical care, not to be ignored or treated like they're an inconvenience. I genuinely don't understand why Michelle chose to work in healthcare if she doesn't want to help people. I'm equally disappointed in management for allowing this pattern of behavior to continue. If management continues to overlook the way Michelle treats customers, it's going to hurt the business. I also can't ignore that I've repeatedly felt singled out by Michelle based on the way she has treated me compared to others. Whether intentional or not, the repeated pattern has left me feeling unfairly treated. I hope management finally takes these concerns seriously because no customer should have this experience.

Flew in from Minnesota after finding them on an iron building support group on Facebook ! Met with Daniel whose customer service was great ! He explained everything to me and gave me time to think and make decisions! It was very affordable . My iron was a 12.5 and my doctor will not give me no more infusion ! Have being anemic for a while and having plastic surgery so wanted it as high as I can ! I would definitely be flying in for more infusions and services !!!

Vanessa was a walking Goddess! She knows her stuff. First time doing IV therapy and she made it a breeze. I think I’m addicted now. Definitely would recommend

Lovely experience!!!! As a first timer, I came in on a Sunday morning and was helped by Rachel P. and the service and instructions were thorough and stellar. The place was clean, quiet, and chill. I will be coming back in the future!!!

If you don’t read any other reviews read this one! HIGHLY recommend!! I came in 30 minutes before they closed and needed an IV to help with the pain of a kidney stone! They offered to let me come in even past closing time and were extremely gentle (it didn’t hurt at all!) They were knowledgeable about what would be best to help with my needs and were very kind! I will definitely be coming back!
