I am so excited that I stumbled upon Moov Health and Wellness today, the team was BEYOND amazing and they have such a great vibe and mission. If you are looking for an all in one functional health center to target complete wellness this is you're place! I was SO excited to see the innovative AI driven Carol Bike, trying the Contour Pod was so relaxing. I was literally like a kid in a candy shop! Moov is doing something different and something special in this area, and I definitely want to be a part of their community!

Updating my previous review: This is my second time at MOOV and my experience here has once again been amazing! Everyone here is so friendly and accommodating and they do such a great job at walking you through each process for each treatment. This time I tried the full body cryotherapy as well as the VR meditation & leg compression and I would highly recommend! 1st visit: I am SO happy I found this place! I've been wanting to work on my mental & physical health, as well as improve the quality of my sleep and this place DOES IT ALL. The staff here is so kind and helpful, they answered all of my questions and made me feel like they truly cared about my health and well-being. Will definitely be back again!

MOOV is such a gem for the Frisco area. They have Cryo and so many other health and wellness options, plus memberships and coaching. I only wish I lived in the local area so I could come regularly. If you are anywhere near Frisco you need to stop. The space is beautiful with the most thoughtful touches.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I went in to use the compression boots for body fatigue and recovery. It was a good experience.
