Ryan and her team are absolutely amazing! I went in for facial balancing and truly loved my results. When I first came in, I had uneven lips and some scar tissue from filler I had done 3–4 years ago by an unlicensed injector. At the time, I didn’t realize it, but that experience had caused complications in my lips, including a pulsing sensation, so I was definitely nervous going into this appointment. Ryan immediately made me feel comfortable—she was so kind, welcoming, and took the time to walk me through the entire process, which really helped ease my anxiety. Unfortunately, my body had an unusual reaction to the cheek filler (just a rare, individual response—not due to anything done incorrectly), which caused some lymphatic fluid buildup under my eye. Ryan and her team were incredibly responsive—they got me in right away to assess everything and started dissolving to help relieve it. When I still had concerns the next day, they once again got me in within the hour and took care of the rest. On top of that, her team went above and beyond by helping with my 16-month-old during my visit, which meant so much to me. Everything else I had done has healed beautifully, and my lips are finally even. I couldn’t be happier with my results or the level of care I received. I highly recommend Mysa Med Spa—they truly prioritize their clients and respond quickly and professionally to any concerns.

I had an amazing experience getting my PDO threads and cheek fillers, and I just have to give a huge shoutout to Ryan for taking such great care of me! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable, informed, and confident about the entire process. Ryan was extremely professional, gentle, and knowledgeable. She explained everything step-by-step, made sure I was comfortable during the procedure, and her attention to detail was incredible. Even though I was a little nervous at first, she reassured me the whole time and made the experience so much better than I expected. I’m already loving my results! My face looks more lifted, refreshed, and natural — exactly what I wanted. You can tell Ryan truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. If you’re thinking about getting PDO threads or cheek fillers, I highly recommend booking with Ryan. She is talented, professional, and truly amazing at what she does. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Mysa Med Spa was unfortunately the worst spa experience I’ve ever had. My sister and I scheduled facials and drove an hour to support what we understood to be a Black-owned business. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely unprofessional from start to finish. The day before our appointment, I received multiple calls asking to reschedule less than 24 hours before our service. I explained that my sister and I planned a girls’ day and that both appointments would need to be moved. I was told everything had been handled and that we would still be serviced. The morning of the appointment, I received another call asking to reschedule again because apparently no notes had been left about the previous conversation. After explaining the situation again, I was reassured we could still come. We arrived a few minutes before our 2:00 appointment but were not taken back until well after that. Once we were finally brought back, things continued to feel disorganized and unprofessional. The esthetician initially called me by the wrong name, and after correcting her she said she would be with me in “three minutes” while finishing another client’s underarms. That three minutes turned into about 20 minutes. When she finally came in, she asked what service I booked. I had scheduled a consultation facial, expecting professional guidance on what would best suit my skin. Instead, she seemed unsure what to do and asked me to choose between services while explaining that certain treatments couldn’t be done because the machine was already being used on my sister. There was also confusion with the slippers provided. The pair in my room were two different sizes, and when replacements were brought back, they were two right-foot slippers. At that point I simply kept my own shoes on. The environment itself was not relaxing or spa-like at all. My sister and I were placed in the same room with head of the bed on opposite ends, and the room did not appear fully enclosed. We could clearly hear conversations, walking, and movement outside the room the entire time, which made it difficult to relax. During my facial, no questions were asked about allergies or sensitivities, and very little was explained about the products being used. The service itself felt rushed and minimal. Very few extractions were performed, even in obvious areas. Meanwhile, my sister’s treatment resulted in a large bruise on her face from her hydrafacial. At the end, we were offered a free facial in four weeks due to the poor experience. However, after everything that had happened, we declined. When we checked out, I was told the owner would refund my deposit because of the experience. As of now, I have not received a call, email, apology, or refund. We truly wanted to support this business and were excited to try a new spa, but the lack of organization, professionalism, communication, and basic client care made this a very disappointing experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve client experience going forward.

I flew from Florida to Dallas twice now for facial balancing at Mysa Medical & Wellness Spa, and I am absolutely in love with the results. The professionalism, precision, and overall quality of care here are unmatched. The owner, Ryan, is an absolute delight — so knowledgeable, educated, and truly makes the entire experience feel elevated and effortless. What makes it even more special is that it’s Black-owned, which makes me even more grateful to support such excellence in this space. I cannot wait for the Miami location — I’ll definitely be one of the first in line! 💆🏽‍♀️

Booked the treatment to get a sauna bed facial and I 100% recommend. The space is beautiful and feels so intentionally decorated. I was treated by Ro the esthetician. I told her I had gotten facials before but never in a sauna bed. She explained what she was going to do. I did end up spending a full hour in the sauna bed which I truly appreciate. I don't like rushed services. I will definitely be coming back to Mysa for more treatments.
