North Texas Infusion Centers

I was referred to this infusion center by my doctor. They contacted my insurer prior to my making the appointment and told me my copay amount and turns out I owe nearly three times that amount. Bait and switch. The check in window has multiple signs instructing patients what they should and should not do. A sign stated everyone must wear a mask but some if the staff was not wearing masks. The person who did my check in was very rude and classless. I informed her that I received a new insurance card but my insurance coverage was the same. She said she had to call my insurer again which I understand. However when the nurse called me in she shook her head vigorously and put up her hand signally stop in front of the entire waiting room. It’s obvious their top priority is to take your money. The facility is very basic and worn. The nurse was nice. When I tried to exit the facility, I could not locate the exit door. Some Einstein thought it was a good idea to cover the entire door in paper and holiday decorations completely camouflaging it. If this is the judgment the staff exercises I wonder if they are doing anything right and making medical errors.I will not be back to this facility.

I've had an infusion at NTIC once a month for over 4 years. Although I don't always have the same infusion nurse, every nurse I've had has been thorough and attentive, careful to minimize any discomfort that comes with the infusion process. The center is clean, bright, and comfortable. Their team does a fantastic job of making sure that all insurance authorizations are in order, and always let me know well in advance if there's anything I need to do to help with that.

The staff here is incredible! They are kind, attentive and very good at what they do. I only had to come for 5 infusions, but I’ll be sad when I’m done! Love the energy and feel the staff have created in this space. They care about you as a person, not just rolling patients through here.

Not enough stars to describe the overall experience with this group. The best "customer service" experience I have ever had in any setting. A lot of today's health care is so convoluted it is hard to navigate but this team from the front desk, thru the clinical office, into the infusion suite and on to the pharmacy works together to deliver professional compassionate care. I certainly owe a debt of gratitude for the contribution they make to the quality of my life as they keep me going. Many, many thanks.
