Prime IV Hydration & Wellness - Addison Walk

I had a great experience. Halie, my nurse was awesome. She was thorough and explained everything well, started my IV with ease. She remained professional, kind, and respectful. She made sure I was comfortable with everything and welcoming from the moment I entered the building. The massaging chair was amazing and a pleasant addition to my session. I received a follow-up call the next day, which was thoughtful. The next session was amazing as well. Amanda (Mandy) was great! She's friendly, thorough, and efficient. Also Callie at the front desk is welcoming and kind. All the staff here makes my experiences here wonderful!

I’ve had such a great experience. The staff is always amazing and very knowledgeable, and I really appreciate how comfortable they make me feel every visit. I come here for my IV drips twice a month, and every time the service is consistently excellent. Everything is clean, professional, and well organized. Every visit here is great. Staff, from the front to the nurses, are always amazing and kind. I recommend this place to everyone I know needing fluids. Easy to schedule appointments and efficient all around. And the massage chair is the cherry on top!
