Prime IV Hydration & Wellness - Addison Walk

I had a great experience. Halie, my nurse was awesome. She was thorough and explained everything well, started my IV with ease. She remained professional, kind, and respectful. She made sure I was comfortable with everything and welcoming from the moment I entered the building. The massaging chair was amazing and a pleasant addition to my session. I received a follow-up call the next day, which was thoughtful. The next session was amazing as well. Amanda (Mandy) was great! She's friendly, thorough, and efficient. Also Callie at the front desk is welcoming and kind. All the staff here makes my experiences here wonderful!

I’ve had such a great experience. The staff is always amazing and very knowledgeable, and I really appreciate how comfortable they make me feel every visit. I come here for my IV drips twice a month, and every time the service is consistently excellent. Everything is clean, professional, and well organized. I genuinely enjoy coming here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for quality care and a great overall experience.

Wonderful experience!! SHOUT OUT NURSES DANIELLE AND HALIE (beautiful and so sweet/kind) , and was accepted as a walk in even though they were already so busy. My friend and I never felt rushed, it was a very clean and calming environment. The flavored water at the front was perfection. The entire screening process was easy as well and very clear. The MASSAGE CHAIRS, the COLD EYE MASKS, alone would’ve made me come back. But I felt so much better after my session and got a membership. Adding this spot to my wellness journey. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
