Prime IV Hydration & Wellness - Dallas-Mockingbird Ln

I had the absolute best experience today! From start to finish, everything was relaxing and professional. Vanessa was truly amazing—so kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable the entire time and took great care of me. And can we talk about the massage chair? Absolutely top tier! It was so relaxing that I didn’t want to get up. The whole experience exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great service and an overall amazing experience!

My husband and I went in for some last minute IVs before a trip and received great service. The receptionist was super kind and helpful during intake. Once we were ready for our IVs, we were super impressed with the nurse on shift. She was so kind and made us feel safe and comfortable while still juggling other patients. Not to mention the massage chairs are incredible. I'll definitely be back to this specific location.

I had an amazing experience at Prime IV Hydration & Wellness. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and extremely informative. They took the time to walk me through everything step by step, making sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. The level of care and professionalism was top-tier. The service was immaculate from beginning to end, and you can tell they truly prioritize their clients’ well-being. I left feeling refreshed, taken care of, and already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality hydration and wellness services!

Prime IV was the best experience I’ve had at an IV clinic yet. The nurses there are so well trained and vetted and make it look so easy. I had no pain whatsoever. The massage chairs are incredible and made the whole experience relaxing. I absolutely loved it here and DEFINITELY will be back!

This place is easy breezy to work with and I normally go here for all of my hydration needs and they also take HSA and FSA, which is great. However, the last time that I went there and I got an injection, they came up with a new policy you have to take a telehealth interview with one of their nurse practitioners. And that’s completely fine however, after you get your injection, that’s when you find out that you have been charged for this telehealth interview. And I want to add the main point of that is that they do not tell you whatsoever that you’re about to be charged for it. They just tell you that you have to take it. They don’t mention a price whatsoever which I feel is extremely misleading. So instead of paying $50, I paid 80 something dollars that day and I just feel like they need to be more upfront about their prices and I wish I could get a refund for that.
