Prime IV Hydration & Wellness - Frisco

I recently visited this IV therapy clinic and had a mixed experience. The staff members are very kind, welcoming, and professional, which I truly appreciated. The prices are generally moderate; however, I paid $1,250 for Niagren (advertised at 50% off), which is a significant amount of money. For some of us, after my first treatment, I explained that I was not feeling any difference. They offered to double the dose, but it was not clearly explained that I would be charged for the additional amount. Later, I learned that the cost of the double dose was deducted from the total of the four-dose package. Unfortunately, despite completing the treatments, I did not notice any change in my emotions or overall results. I think the clinic has a friendly team, but I would recommend clearer communication about pricing and treatment expectations before proceeding.

Prime IV Hydration & Wellness genuinely saved me from boarding my vacation looking like a haunted Victorian child powered entirely by caffeine and stress. I booked a last-minute appointment less than 24 hours before leaving town after weeks of work chaos, anxiety, terrible sleep, and the general emotional side quest known as adulthood. The second I walked in, the vibe shifted. Calm lighting, peaceful atmosphere, and a massage chair so relaxing I briefly considered legally changing my address to it. The nurse who took care of me was incredibly sweet and made the whole experience feel easy and welcoming from start to finish. Massive shoutout to the Kentucky kindness too. There’s just something comforting about genuinely polite people when your nervous system is hanging on by a Wi-Fi signal and blind optimism. By the end of the session, I felt noticeably lighter, calmer, and more human again. My body unclenched. My brain stopped running twenty tabs at once. Even my mood felt different. It wasn’t some over-the-top magical movie transformation moment, but more like my body quietly whispering, “thank you, finally.” If life has been steamrolling you lately and you need a reset before a trip, a busy week, or just existing in 2026, I can’t recommend this place enough. Total game changer.

Came in a zombie and came out feeling amazing. Lauren in the front was so sweet and helpful. Misty, my nurse, was amazing! Helped me pick out the best cocktail I needed! 10/10 recommend! So I’ve been wanting to find a place to get an IV and this is the place from now on! I got there around 10:30 for my appt (that I scheduled same day) and I was greeted by two specialist there and they were so nice and friendly. I was immediately taken to a private room to discuss what I wanted and she was very thorough. They had a massage chair that was so amazingly comfortable and massaged the entire IV time which was a great surprise! It helped my body (deal with chronic pain). I was checked on constantly and given care and attention! I will definitely come back for my next and refer my family and friends! This is the best experience I’ve had in a whileeeeee.

I had a great experience at Prime IV Hydration. The staff was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. I came in recovering from food poisoning, and the fluids made a huge difference in how quickly I felt better. The whole process was fast, relaxing and affordable. I highly recommend!
