I had an excellent experience at West Village Restore. I recently came in for a NAD+ IV drip and the results have been amazing — I truly felt the difference afterward. What made the experience even better was the incredible staff. Abby, Gabi, and Laura were all outstanding. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process comfortable from start to finish. The facility is spotless very clean and hygiene. The staff attention to detail and genuine care for patients really stands out. I highly recommend this location to anyone considering IV therapy or wellness treatments. A great team and a great experience!

I was kindly given a guest pass for red light therapy by a dear friend. I have been eager to experience it and had been contemplating about acquiring a membership. However, my experience was not particularly satisfying. The gloves and socks were in a state of wear and tear, with holes and hair all over them. There was hair on the hand fan hanging beneath the mirror, and the mat didn't seem to be clean. My friend went in right after me and no one did any type of disinfecting or inspection. I felt that it was not properly sanitized. No one even attempted to offer us any information regarding the memberships or what a membership experience might entail.

I would like to thank Gabby for being friendly, compassionate to include being an amazing star employee for her support and information when I called to schedule an appointment at the location. Her sincerity and advice was very much appreciated.

I’ve had such a great experience at Restore Hyper Wellness! The staff is always welcoming, professional, and very knowledgeable. The atmosphere is clean and relaxing, which makes every visit enjoyable. I’ve tried the immunity shot and Cryo and both services were amazing! I will definitely be coming back to try other services! Highly recommend Restore to anyone looking to boost their wellness routine!

I got a hydrafacial and Laura did such a great job. It felt amazing and I know it’s good for the skin. Definitely book with her! If you don’t get extra add-ons when you book your appointment, they’re going to try to sell you some when you get there - not just when you’re signing in but even when you’re in the middle of your treatment. If you don’t want to be pushed to upgrade, just let them know before you start that you want to keep what you’re getting and not add anything.
