I had a great experience working with my Zach during my knee rehab! He was always attentive, personable, and genuinely cared about my progress. We usually started with stretching and mobility work, then gradually built up strength and started loading my knee with weights. What stood out most was how he helped me regain confidence in my knee and trust the recovery process. Thanks to his guidance and encouragement, I made great progress and feel much stronger today. I am getting a course of dry needling therapy to help with medical complications from shoulder surgery. My shoulder surgeon specifically ordered this therapy and it was very difficult to find a DPT in the Dallas area (that is a physical therapist with a doctorate of physical therapy degree) who is formally trained and certified in this therapeutic technique. Zach is all of that and more! Zach has a high energy level which brings good vibes and also is a very good listener. Zach explains what he is doing before he does it and throughout the process and gets your feedback to ensure you are tolerating the therapy and are comfortable. I am grateful I stuck with my search and found Zach!

His years of experience and his knowledge of the human body give me confidence in his ability to help me heal and recover. He is clear about what the challenges are and always applies science based protocols on top of helping me maintain optimism. Absolutely love the team at TheraRehab & Wellness! Dr. Mark is the best and I really appreciate his approach to patient care and the amount of attention he gives each person during their sessions. The 1-on-1 care truly makes a difference, and everyone there is so welcoming and professional. They also offer great treatments like dry needling. Have been going here for post-op PT and they have been great! Zach and Mark have been amazing, my pain has decreased significantly since I started coming here. They have been using shockwave laser therapy, dry needling, and multiple strength exercises. The difference this tailored treatment plan has done has had a major impact in my recovery. I would 100% recommend coming here, staff is great, they listen, and most importantly, they care about their patients.
