Always have an amazing experience here—Zack gets me in and out in under thirty minutes, so I am able to get an IV on my lunch break (which is a HUGE plus). Roseanne is so sweet, and always greets me with a smile! 10/10 recommend coming here!

I hate to be the one who leaves a poor review, especially since there are so many 5 star reviews but this company needs to clean up their act before someone is seriously injured or worse. I can't compare them to anyone else because I've never used another business that offers this type of service, but I have another company in mind to try next time so it will give me a better understanding of if the way they run their business is the same or similar to others. I have some chronic health issues so I'm hoping IV therapy can be part of feeling better when I'm having particularly bad days and weeks. I've used VIP twice....once in my home and just recently, I went into their facility hoping to have a better experience in their office over the home visit. Both times, no name asked, no history or allergies gone over, nothing other than right to what's going on and what do you want/need. I can't believe no name or record is made in a database! The guy who came to my home, never washed his hands, didn't put on gloves and proceeded to start an IV like that! I never even saw him open a new bag and remove the tubing....just pulled it out of his bag. In the office, the guy went back to some other area where I couldn't see to prepare my bag but at least he did come back with gloves on which he left on during the time of the infusion. The guy in the office had a terrible runny nose and had to keep sniffing up the whole time he was trying to get my IV started which was pretty gross; I don't feel ppl need to be wearing masks in general, but if you have that bad of a runny nose, it would probably be good and definitely courteous to wear one in this type of setting, at least while you're so close to the client. What people need to realize is this industry is completely unregulated - no oversight at all so who knows if they are adhering to any standards of proper clinical care, if they are storing and maintaining medications according to the manufacturers requirements, and obviously they aren't keeping any kind of proper database on each client, what medications they received with associated medication lot #'s and expiration dates. I worked in the medical field for many years, my oldest son is an ER doctor, so I have a good understanding of proper medical care and documentation, and I have serious misgivings of what this company is doing and concerns for the safety of their clients. I also had a horrible outcome following several contamination mistakes made by a doctor I was seeing after he performed a few back-to-back medical procedures on me in actual surgical, hospital and clinical settings....I nearly lost my life to severe bacterial meningitis and sepsis so I know how bad things can get when "clinical professionals" make sloppy mistakes. I think there is definitely a need for these types of services outside of having to go to a hospital, but please please take client care and safety seriously. One person getting sick and maybe even dying from such poor practices is one too many! I did feel better temporarily but today I'm worse again so feels like $380 wasted.

If you're looking for reliable IV services from people who are knowledgeable and caring, come here. Zach is very professional. I won't go anywhere else. I get a NAD+ & Glutathione IV, and a Hydrogen Peroxide IV every month.

Zack is great! When you need a pick me up go see VIP Total Health! I feel energized and back to myself again. I’m going to come in weekly. I might even try the Hyperbaric Chamber next time. I hear it has good benefits as well.

Can't say enough GREAT things about VIP! Great customer service and was able to be seen within hours of not feeling well. Now, I feel like a new person. These IV's are a total game changer for me. Thank you so much, and I WILL be back.
