Update: The owner responded to my review, however, there are discrepancies in their feedback. Only when I posted my bad review, did they suddenly reach out to me numerous times from 3 different phone numbers about my review and to schedule an appt. I was not able to successfully speak with them regarding a follow up beforehand. The owner also stated that they informed me of how many units I needed for the ultimate result, however, that is also not true. She asked if I've had this service before, and I said yes, that I had it done elsewhere and they used 180 units for all my concerned areas. Which at the other spa, it went perfectly fine (they were really far away distance wise, so their hours wouldn't work with my work schedule anymore). Sylvie then stated that was a good amount and wanted to confirm how many units so she can know what to do with my concerns. She never stated that the amount of units was not recommended, nor stated that it wouldn't give me ultimate results. It's very disappointing that the spa owner is trying to cast blame onto the client, especially when the accusations they're claiming are false. I unfortunately did not have a good experience here compared to the other reviewers. I initially came in with the promo for Dysport Sylvie was having, and they said via text that she'd honor the promo price for all units exceeding the promo limit. When I came to my appt, she told me that I had to pay regular price after 60 units. I told her of our convo and showed the text stating she'd honor the price, and I feel after that, things went sour. I've had this procedure before elsewhere, and never bruised. Whenever Sylvie placed the injections, I got a bruise per section, so I had a ton a mini bruises all throughout my face for about a week. That isn't a huge issue for me, however thought I should mention it since that's never happened before previously. When Sylvie was injecting me, I did feel some product leak out where my "11"s are and "turkey neck". She wiped it away, and I wasn't sure if that would make a dramatic impact on the outcome at the time. She mentioned about 4 times, that if something doesn't turn out how it was supposed to, she offers COMPLIMENTARY follow up appts where you don't pay for the additional units needed to get the results you want. She mentioned it so many times, and since this was my first time booking with her, it felt nice to know that was an option. I waited about 2 weeks, and unfortunately, my "11"s and "turkey neck" were still visible, so it turned out that product WAS needed to get the desired result I've received elsewhere. I sent her a picture of my results, and she confirmed that she saw the wrinkles as well, however, I reached out FIVE times to her to schedule my "complimentary appt", and it's been pulling tooth and nail trying to get her to respond, let alone schedule an appt. She just stopped responding all together. I unfortunately have to take the loss of this visit and the poor results that were given, and the sudden unprofessionalism Sylvie presented, and go elsewhere to fix the problem she created.

After years of going to secret med spa, beverly med spa, vybe aesthetics, dermatologist offices and even plastic surgeons, I think my search is over and I have found the one med spa that is ethical, affordable, and with the best doctor ever who really knows her stuff. She is so welcoming and wonderful. I really enjoyed meeting her for the first time and will continue my services here.

Ladies if you are looking for a great place that does filler or Botox this is definitely the place!! Dr.Sylvie is very attentive and really makes you feel comfortable! And the end results really speak for themselves, lost count of all the great compliments I’ve gotten since I came to her the first time. 10 out of 10 highly recommend

Doctor Sylvia it’s amazing! Super sweet, welcoming and she definitely knows what shes doing. Had amazing results immediately with my Dysport treatment. My new favorite injector!
