I had such an amazing experience at Epi Centre from the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt calm, clean, and welcoming. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. They took the time to really listen to my concerns and explained everything in a way that made me feel confident and informed. If you’re looking for a place that truly cares about your results and overall experience, this is it!! I love the fact that they offer complimentary consultations. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to my friends and family! 😊

They made me feel so comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process, answering all my questions and making sure I felt confident every step of the way. Got off on the wrong floor and noticed the banner outside for a Glo2Facial. I had seen on social media how cool this treatment can be. Decided to stop by this office after my doctor appointment and hen I say top notch I mean top notch treatment. The front desk was very welcoming and attentive, I received a brochure on the treatment and there was a provider available named Erika who explained the Glo2 so well and what I would be receiving. I'm beyond excited to come in for my facial which I booked at that exact moment. Thank you all for making me feel good about my initial inquiry.

Update: I wanted to add an update to my original review. Nina, the manager, was very nice and reached out to me after I shared my concerns. She offered me a follow-up appointment to check on the procedure and discuss everything, which I really appreciated. I also want to mention that Stacy was very kind during the procedure. I have worked with Katie, Heather, and Stacy, and they were all very nice and professional and did a great job during my visits. Original review: They don’t seem to care whether the treatment improves your skin — they just want the money. In my experience, they were focused on profit rather than results. My skin became significantly worse, and I lost $2,000 on the laser procedure. I would not recommend this place.

First time at EpiCentre Skin Care & Laser Center and I was extremely impressed. The staff was welcoming, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed or pressured, and the focus was on natural results and what was best for me. Beautiful space and an excellent overall experience. I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-tier aesthetic care in Dallas.
