I’m so glad I found this place online! The experience was wonderful from start to finish. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and took the time to explain every step in detail. Sydney did my facial, and she was incredibly sweet, knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. She explained everything clearly before each step, which I really appreciated. I had a great experience overall and would definitely recommend this place!

I really liked the hydrafacial and Caitlin was wonderful with me. She was kind, gentle, and I truly enjoyed that part of my visit. My skin felt refreshed afterward, even though I still had some blackheads left on my nose that were not fully extracted. However, I was not very satisfied with the Botox experience. I think my expectations were not met. I believed that when you go to a professional with experience, they are supposed to evaluate your face and guide you on what would work best, instead of mainly asking the client what they want done. I’m not an expert, which is why I went there in the first place. To be fair, they did answer my questions when I asked, and I appreciate that. I am also going to wait about a week to fully evaluate my results before making a final judgment on the Botox itself, since I understand it takes time to settle. What frustrated me most was the lower face discussion. I was told that the areas I wanted improved could only be treated with filler, even though I have had Botox strategically placed in some of those areas before with noticeable improvement. I understand filler may provide a stronger result, but I still feel that more options and guidance could have been discussed. The treatment itself was also much more painful than my previous Botox experience elsewhere. The first time I had Botox, I barely felt it. This time it was significantly more uncomfortable. I also felt the experience lacked personalization compared to other clinics I have visited. Other providers have taken more time to evaluate my face, explain their recommendations, and create a treatment plan based on what they see. Here, the process felt very quick and minimal, and I left feeling like I had not received the level of professional guidance I was hoping for. Another challenge was the language barrier. The provider was polite and did apologize for not speaking Spanish, which I appreciated. The clinic also provided a translator. However, direct communication is very important when discussing cosmetic procedures. Considering the large Spanish-speaking community in the area, I feel the clinic would benefit from having more Spanish-speaking staff available for consultations. I found myself limiting some of my questions because it was difficult to fully express exactly what I wanted and expected. I do not believe this is a bad clinic overall, and I genuinely enjoyed my hydrafacial experience with Caitlin. However, based on my Botox consultation and treatment experience, I am not sure I would return for future Botox services.

I could feel my skin rejuvenating as the hydrating serums were applied, leaving my face feeling refreshed and revitalized. The calming atmosphere of the spa added to the overall experience, making it a perfect escape from the daily hustle. I left with a radiant glow and a newfound appreciation for self-care.

Oh baby hell yes !! My review is being reversed ... Melissa was so professional, so sweet,and so personal... She has a great personality... very much a people person and she has the best hands for neck and shoulder massages OMG..... Everything felt great but the blackhead extraction almost killed me 😭🥴, but this girl was amazing and she did her thing.. now I feel like the badass auntie that I am ❤️😘 thank you to the manager for making sure I had a better experience
