I’m so glad I found this place online! The experience was wonderful from start to finish. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and took the time to explain every step in detail. Sydney did my facial, and she was incredibly sweet, knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. She explained everything clearly before each step, which I really appreciated. I had a great experience overall and would definitely recommend this place!

I really liked the hydrafacial and Caitlin was wonderful with me. She was kind, gentle, and I truly enjoyed that part of my visit. My skin felt refreshed afterward, even though I still had some blackheads left on my nose that were not fully extracted. However, I was not very satisfied with the Botox experience. I think my expectations were not met. I believed that when you go to a professional with experience, they are supposed to evaluate your face and guide you on what would work best, instead of mainly asking the client what they want done. I’m not an expert, which is why I went there in the first place. To be fair, they did answer my questions when I asked, and I appreciate that. I am also going to wait about a week to fully evaluate my results before making a final judgment on the Botox itself, since I understand it takes time to settle. What frustrated me most was the lower face discussion. I was told that the areas I wanted improved could only be treated with filler, even though I have had Botox strategically placed in some of those areas before with noticeable improvement. I understand filler may provide a stronger result, but I still feel that more options and guidance could have been discussed. The treatment itself was also much more painful than my previous Botox experience elsewhere. The first time I had Botox, I barely felt it. This time it was significantly more uncomfortable. I also felt the experience lacked personalization compared to other clinics I have visited. Other providers have taken more time to evaluate my face, explain their recommendations, and create a treatment plan based on what they see. Here, the process felt very quick and minimal, and I left feeling like I had not received the level of professional guidance I was hoping for. Another challenge was the language barrier. The provider was polite and did apologize for not speaking Spanish, which I appreciated. The clinic also provided a translator. However, direct communication is very important when discussing cosmetic procedures. Considering the large Spanish-speaking community in the area, I feel the clinic would benefit from having more Spanish-speaking staff available for consultations. I found myself limiting some of my questions because it was difficult to fully express exactly what I wanted and expected. I do not believe this is a bad clinic overall, and I genuinely enjoyed my hydrafacial experience with Caitlin. However, based on my Botox consultation and treatment experience, I am not sure I would return for future Botox services.

I could feel my skin rejuvenating as the hydrating serums were applied, leaving my face feeling refreshed and revitalized. The calming atmosphere of the spa added to the overall experience, making it a perfect escape from the daily hustle. I left with a radiant glow and a newfound appreciation for self-care.

I waited to write this review because I wanted to see my final results before sharing my experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this clinic for Botox. The treatment was very expensive, and since then I have found a well-established clinic that offers a full-face Botox treatment for only $330. The difference wasn't just the price—it was the quality of care. At this clinic, I felt like the focus was more on selling treatments than on educating or caring for the patient. The injector did not explain the procedure, the products, or what to expect. Because English is not my first language, communication was already difficult, and she seemed impatient whenever I asked questions or needed clarification. Another thing that really disappointed me was the consultation itself. Instead of taking the time to carefully evaluate my face, explain the different treatment options, and answer my questions, I felt that the main focus was on how many Botox units I would need and how much I would be charged. Throughout the consultation, the conversation kept coming back to the number of units and the total cost, and it often felt like there was a rush to calculate the price rather than provide personalized care. As a patient, I found that very discouraging. I wanted professional guidance and education, not to feel like I was simply being sold more units. I was also quoted around $700 for Botox treatment for bruxism at this clinic. Since then, I have found another experienced clinic that provides the same treatment properly for much less. That made me question whether the prices here truly reflect the value of the service being provided. Another thing that stood out was the injection technique. From what I observed, the same needle appeared to be used throughout my treatment, which made the injections increasingly painful. At the clinic I visited afterward, the injector changed the needle several times during my full-face treatment, and the experience was much more comfortable. The results also disappointed me. I was told my entire forehead would be treated, yet several wrinkles were left untreated. My new injector had to add Botox to areas that had been missed. She also took the time to explain the difference between Botox and filler. For example, she explained that nasolabial folds are mainly treated with filler, although a small amount of Botox can sometimes help soften certain lines. I appreciated finally receiving clear explanations instead of feeling rushed. Another major difference is follow-up care. My current clinic offers complimentary touch-ups if needed. I was never invited back for a follow-up or offered any complimentary touch-up here. I understand that every injector has a different technique, and this review reflects only my personal experience. However, for the price I paid, I expected much better communication, greater attention to my comfort, and better overall results. For all of these reasons, I cannot recommend this clinic for Botox, at least not with the injector who treated me. Perhaps other patients have a different experience or receive better care from someone else, but unfortunately, that was not my experience. I can only speak honestly about how I was treated, and based on that experience, I will not be returning.

Oh baby hell yes !! My review is being reversed ... Melissa was so professional, so sweet,and so personal... She has a great personality... very much a people person and she has the best hands for neck and shoulder massages OMG..... Everything felt great but the blackhead extraction almost killed me 😭🥴, but this girl was amazing and she did her thing.. now I feel like the badass auntie that I am ❤️😘 thank you to the manager for making sure I had a better experience
