The updated Dallas clinic is beautiful!! The care staff at the front desk are amazing and very knowledgeable! Nurse Haley did my Botox today and it was so easy. She really listened to my treatment goals and delivered flawlessly. I love my results!!

If you’re going to pay strangers money to shoot lasers at you, these are the people to do it. I’ve had 5/8 laser hair removal sessions for my bikini area, arm pits, and legs… and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. Yes, of course, I’m really happy with the results, but I think the people that work here make up a big part of the entire positive experience. Daylin, Taj, and Shau have blessed me with better skin. These nurses are incredibly attentive and mindful of my own perceptions and experience. They’re always willing to make adjustments based on how I feel and what matters to me. Additionally, Rylee and Dylan are always readily available to offer guidance, educate, and support you through it all. Their happy, smiling faces honestly make the “spiciest” of pain worth it all. I’m so grateful for what you do to support your customers and make them feel beautiful.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. Choosing laser hair removal with LaserAway is one of the biggest regrets I’ve had regarding my appearance and self-confidence. Before starting treatment, I did not have excessive hair growth on my stomach, back, or several other parts of my body. After spending thousands of dollars, countless hours attending appointments, and repeatedly shaving before every session as instructed, I am now dealing with MORE hair growth than I had before treatment. The most devastating result has been on my face. I never used a razor on my face before LaserAway. I was specifically instructed to shave for treatments. Today, I have noticeable hair growth around my chin and jawline and need frequent threading just to feel comfortable. I never had to deal with this before. Instead of feeling more confident, I now spend more time, money, and emotional energy managing hair growth that has become worse after treatment. Seeing hair appear in areas that were never previously a concern has been incredibly frustrating and damaging to my self-esteem. What makes this experience even more disappointing is that I raised these concerns directly with LaserAway months ago and received no meaningful response. I trusted the process, followed instructions, invested significant money, and expected professional guidance. The outcome has been the exact opposite of what I was promised. If you are considering laser hair removal, please research the risk of paradoxical hair growth and understand that not every customer experiences the results shown in marketing materials. This review reflects my personal experience after investing substantial time, effort, and money into LaserAway treatments across multiple locations.
