Tama is amazing. She has been so kind in every interaction and wonderful about education. In the past Botox has not worked for me and so she recommended Dysport. It looks like I have a very strong frontalis muscle so she made a treatment plan to take that into account moving forward. Austin her practice manager is also so kind and always welcoming. I work several jobs and always have to budget carefully to be anble to do these extras for my self care. Tama was transparent with pricing and understanding of my need to save up. She recommended a product to me but was not pushy and just gave me pricing so I could hopefully get it next time. I have been seeing Tama since 2018, love going to her for my aesthetic needs. Around 2023 after several very stressful years I had a huge loss of volume. Tama gave me a plan and helped me restore a more refreshed a youthful look. It has taken time to achieve repair, but with her guidance, expertise, and recommendations I am feeling like the previous version of myself. Tama doesn’t recommend or sell things to me that I don’t need or won’t help my issue. Tama will tell me no lol. Tama stays up to date on new, safe, innovative, and restorative treatments. She is constantly attending conferences, and trainings, and is invited to events as an expert in her field. The staff at Lily Med Spa is wonderful. They are knowledgeable, kind, helpful, fun, and Tama really focuses on training them on the how, the why, what should be done, and what should not. You can’t go wrong going here for a tailored facial balancing plan, or just the simple things!

I recently saw Delaney, DNP, for Botox, lip filler, and chin filler, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. She immediately makes you feel comfortable and truly takes the time to listen to your concerns, answering every question thoroughly and thoughtfully. I had never considered chin filler before, but Delaney explained how it could help balance my facial features, and she was absolutely right. She is incredibly meticulous, has a gentle touch, and takes great pride in her work. As someone with limited experience in aesthetic treatments, I was hoping for natural and subtle results. I barely had to explain what I wanted, Delaney has such a great aesthetic eye and just knows what looks best. I trust her completely. On top of that, the entire team at Lily is warm and welcoming, and the office is clean and beautiful.
