I had such a great experience coming to Medspa33! I’ll start with the customer service from when I first called, was excellent; an automated system texted me back and asked me what my needs were and I replied that I wanted to speak to a live person. As soon as Chasity was able to, she called me right back and was very kind and a great listener. The day of my appointment I came in and I was greeted with a genuine and warm smile and was told she’d be with me soon. The procedure went splendid ,she explained everything thoroughly and asked if I had any questions or concerns, she addressed all my questions and concerns and listened to what I wanted. She made it happen and she was gentle too..This was my first time ever to a medspa and I’m so glad I came here. Her medspa is pristine and beautiful. I was taken care of kindly and professionally. Chasity has a warm, easy going and best-friend type personality. The best. 10/10! I will be coming back and referring my friends here too! Come see her you won’t regret it. Had the best hydofacial today , it was so relaxing and would say the best I have ever had. Chastity definitely knows her work and so sweet and kind . I would definitely recommend going and I have booked my next appointment next month .
