Milan Laser Hair Removal

I went in to Milian for my consultation nervous yet curious. I didn’t know what to expect as far as pricing and I didn’t want to feel pressured if the numbers didn’t look right. Nicki is the person I spoke to and she showed me around the clinic and then took me into a room to discuss everything. Let me just tell you SHE IS THE BEST. Her genuine, calm personality makes her so easy to talk to. I told her what I wanted and what I was comfortable with and she made it easy to decide which plan was best. She was not pushy and was VERY knowledgeable. I mean she knew every detail about the company, from when it was founded to what I could say to get a refund from my old wax company. She made sure I was comfortable every step of the way and even checked on me after my first treatment. I could go on and on. Nicki is at the location on Northwest highway in Dallas. She’s so precious and I hope the company knows how much of a gem she is! I’m looking forward to completing treatment at Milian all because of her!

Really great experience here! The staff is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable the whole time. Everything is clean, quick, and easy, and I’ve already started seeing results. Definitely recommend if you’re thinking about laser hair removal!

Customer service was awful. I had an appointment at 1 and as I was walking from finding a parking spot they texted me and said they were taking their lunch during my scheduled time. It was incredibly inconvenient for me and rude of them. They were unwilling to help until I said I would leave a review & only then offered to rebook me three hours later which was impossible for me. This experience laser-removed any desire to ever return to this business. Very unfortunate

Love this place! All the workers are so friendly and understanding. Even after one session, a lot of my hair wasn't growing back as much, patchy but definitely progress. Can't wait to finish all my sessions!
